His vinyl is always of excellent quality and his selection changes so frequently that I have missed out on some gems in the past. His CD wall has grown since he sold that beautiful Seeburg juke box: (shame shame Keith). Oh yes, let's not forget the great coffee and large selection of different teas. And last but not least, Keith supports local artists by displaying paintings on his walls. On Sundays, he invites local musicians to perform for those who venture in between 12:00 and 17:00. All in all, one of my favourite spots on the Lake Shore. P.S. Bring in your vinyl and Keith with WASH it for a pittance. The difference will amaze you!

Let's start, you walk in and there is a bit of a musty smell. It's not a very big place. I was amazed that they sell vinyls. Must come back to check those out. The girls took my two boxes along with my name and number. Had to wait about an hour. At the end they took a total of one box and I got some mulla!! Sweettt!!!!! This is a small store filled with DVDs (movies, tv shows, animes), games (jenga, Super Mario, Pac-Man & Dragon Ball Z versions of Monopoly, etc), toys (miniature versions of Silly Putty, Etch A Sketch, Lite Brite, etc), CDs (I believe K-pop CDs are in the pop section alphabetically and don't have their own section), vinyl, t-shirts (bands and anime), socks and more. Today, vinyl has made a comeback and my sister has given me her whole collection opting for the convenience of digital music. I'm browsing through the store today with a co-worker to see what's here. Besides vinyl records & turntables, there are gifts like mugs, posters, T-shirts and DVD's. Checkout was quick and courteous.

Legends has extremely competitive pricing (Games Workshop stuff usually 20% off!) and a very nice selection of board games, comic books, cards, minatures, and geeky merch (I definitely picked up a Rainbow Dash mug on my last visit here.) If they don't have something that you have your eye on, you can connect with them to see if they will order it for you (which they likely will, if they can!) Really flexible hours of operation, open late many nights of the week, and there are constantly events occuring here. They have a fairly large, well-lit, and clean gaming space in the back. Customer service here is quite friendly. I'd HIGHLY reccomend checking out Legends if you are in/around the Vaughan area to get your geek on :).

It's like Walmart lol you go in for one thing and leave with 10. There's a pretty good selection of board games, both popular and obscure. If they don't have what you're looking for they'll gladly order it for you and give you a call when it comes in. The guys who work there are all very nice and very knowledgeable. The first time I came, I was still fairly new to tabletop gaming so I wasn't sure what to get. I had my eyes set on Agricola but after talking to the associate I realized I wasn't ready for such a heavy euro game just yet. The associate asked us what we liked and then basically went through their entire collection with us, pointing out and explaining various games that he thought would appeal to us. You don't get customer service like that anymore! All the games are also much cheaper than you would find at Chapters or Mastermind Games. They've also got tons of other nerd stuff like comic books, figurines, and superhero paraphernalia. The store is located in the back of the plaza so it's difficult to find if you don't know where to look.

However, I was walking out of The Bay and realized I missed a giant sign that said they have K-Pop stuff! Needing to check out their stock, I wandered in. The store is a about the same size if not slightly bigger than the older HMVs that used to be around. The K-Pop section was just one section in an aisle but it had staples that you would expect from BTS, Blackpink, NCT 127, and Tomorrow x Together. There were a few albums available for each artist and some merch for the more popular bands. They also carry DVDs here, a rare sight in this world of streaming. Impressively they had also had a section of anime. They had some of the newer popular hits like Demon Slayer and some older ones like Guilty Crown.

Prices are generally reasonable, but I have found some individual albums to be priced far too high compared to elsewhere. They also have a small selection on vinyl, and many DVD/Blu-Rays. Staff are friendly and helpful. They will order something in for you in it's not in stock, but available.
