Their carefully curated selections focus on many genres that not many other big name stores would care to bring in. The owner Chris is quick with excellent recommendations and is always happy to talk to walk-ins. Ive been a customer for a few years now and can only say since opening the store continues to grow and i will go there first before buying online or anywhere else. As for pricing the Canadian dollar is to blame because when comparing his prices to other Intl markets i found it to be very similar. Well worth a visit!!

Ordered about $800 in stuff. They claimed it was delivered which it wasn't. They only put $100…read moreinsurance on it and refunded that and expected all to be well. I had to do a charge back on my credit card to get the money back. In the time it took to do so, they put together another box (that I didn't ask for, mainly Justin Beiber and multiple copies of things I didn't want, ask or pay for). When this box of unrequested items arrived, they refused to take it back and then sued me for the amount PLUS THEIR LAWYER FEES. Unfortunately since I am just a person and not a business, I couldn't afford a lawyer and was forced to pay out of pocket the entire thing. $1200 later and I still don't have my original order..

Have to echo the other review posted. Communication with owner is abysmal. I purchased a decal…read morebased on the exact measurements listed on his website. When I finally received it the decal was over half an inch smaller than measurements listed. Sent 2 e-mails which went un-replied to so I messaged him on their Facebook page. Eventually got a response 5 days later saying he'd look into it then nothing. After 5 more days I messaged again and he said the measurements on the website were incorrect and updated them but the measurements still did not match the decal I received. I asked him if he could make another with the correct measurements or at least give me some extra bleed I needed to cover the area and got zero response and was ignored. Seems the other review was correct that once he got your money if there's a problem he doesn't care. I paid with Paypal and will be opening a dispute. Won't give them any more business and I highly discourage anyone else giving them the business.
