Nala took to her very easily, she was gentle and thorough with my dog. She was done with the works within an hour and she texted me that she was through. When I arrived it was like a whole new dog! She looked so happy and she even got a cute little Easter bow. I will now be a regular at this establishment and highly recommend taking your dog to Katie for all your grooming needs.

What I got back was my girl where all the long hair everywhere was bluntly cut off almost to skin level. It was an uneven blunt cut, the kind of cut a 3 year old child would cut their own hair. Her nails not even cut. The rude owner said that she was cut that way because my dog does not like to stand up!!?? Also she would come back to fix her hair for $35.00 more. After I paid $100.00. The problem being is that there was no hair left to fix. I am a senior citizen and can no longer groom my sweet Lucy. BEWARE. Lovely to rip off senior citizens.
