You're immediately greeted by the welcoming interior and the most courteous, friendly staff. My pup Winter is always so excited when we walk in. Petsmart is notorious for poor animal care and they should never be allowed to sell animals. We tried giving him his best chance and he died peacefully in my hands today after multiple types of treatment and hand feeding. The staff at this location have always been kind but this company needs to stop selling animals, they don't care about the condition or environment they are in as long as they can profit off of them. Instead of having a beautiful baby bird I have an urn instead.
