What really stood out was his knowledge and experience. Luis was able to show us examples of work he has completed, which gave us even more confidence in his expertise and ability to bring our vision to life. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us make the right decisions for our property. I would absolutely recommend Luis and Prestige Concrete and Edging every time! If you're considering a concrete, patio, porch, or outdoor renovation project, I highly recommend giving him a call.

Big mistake the ice froze the sealer and now our concrete drive is falling apart. Constantly chipping and flaking. We have tried giving them the opportunity to make it right but they now want another $14-25k to resurface their poor performing product. They say they offer a strong warranty but I fail to see it. They clearly don't stand behind their products or their customers. I would Submit pictures for all so you can steer clear of this money pit company but unable in this review. The driveway cracks have been repaired, and the badly sunken and cracked carport concrete slab has been leveled, and the massive crack has been fixed. The price was reasonable and the warranty term is very generous.

All I can say is "BEWARE!" We hired Concrete Hero to restore our patio (a few shallow cracks) and…read morethe pad in front of garage. He began work May 4 and every time he came he left a bigger mess. There is concrete splatter on the brick, the painted garage, the trap door and back porch and door. It's a dark ugly gray that I have not been able to scrub off. The patio is left with trowel marks and is "painted" a dingy battleship primer type cover. You can see the concrete through it. The garage area looks worse than before. I paid a lot of money and am much worse off now. I am elderly and trusting, so when he said he was finished in early May I believed him. Big mistake. I now have to hire someone to paint over this mess (except the brick, I'm stuck with the splatter on it). I regret ever meeting this unethical, inept, incompetent, man. If only someone had told me to "BEWARE".
