This office is not the kind that tries to ring up the insurance register, they want to do what is right for you and get your teeth in working order. No fancy cosmetics or extra fluff. The staff is amazing,they are friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. They have an awesome system to remind you of your appointments, by using email and text messages. They keep you on track for your next appointment and guide you through the process. They are always eager to let you know about your financial obligations if you ask and constantly update you when new information is available. Laser surgery is far more advanced than the traditional drilling method, for me this meant/means less shots of Novocaine, less pain and a quicker healing process. I was with my father, who has dementia, while he got a filling. Dr. Clagett was very gentle and spoke clearly to my father to help him understand what was happening and what he needed my father to do. I told her I work for a hospital and they have a black out on us taking vacation time this month so I needed an appointment after work. It was not an emergency so I could wait until September if needed. She would not make me an appointment. She said I had to come in during their very inconvenient walk in time So I showed up there at 0800, hoping they would take pity on a long time patient an see me right away so I could get to work. But no. She said I would have to wait until 9 am to be seen. I couldn't wait to punch in that late so I had to leave. So....I think I'm going to be looking for a more accommodating dental provider. I could understand totally if if it were an emergency but it wasn't. I've never heard of a dentist unwilling to schedule you an appointment.

The office is small and clean, with a family feel to it, and all of the equipment he might need is on site, including x-rays! I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen, and for a standard cleaning, I'm in and out in under 40 mins. As much as I hate going to the dentist, Dr. Williman is so personable and caring that the time flies by. I have an autoimmune disease that causes chronic dry mouth, and from my first visit I could tell that he was very knowledgeable and always took the time to answer my questions. You can call to find out which insurance carriers the office accepts, but the out of pocket price is also very reasonable! I highly recommend Dr. Williman if you're looking for a great dentist in the area!
