I love this place!!! Very very friendly!!! The doc is making sure I can see at my best! They were able to get me a very nice and comfortable pair of glasses. They were also able to use my sunglass frames and fit them with new lenses. I'm also a sUAS drone Pilot and he was knowledgeable enough to tell me not to use mirrored lenses. Was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. I got both glasses and prescription sunglasses. The front staff was very personable and helpful. I do wish they had a better glasses selection but after some time I was able find that work great for my face. The glasses came in within a week and they texted and called to make sure I knew they arrived. read more

UPDATE: I arrived 30 mins early like I always do, and today they were not busy. Plenty of parking and watched two others leave before 3pm. My appointment was at 3:15pm and at 3:30pm after sitting for 45 mins and hearing all the gossip and drama of the new staff I got up and left. No one said anything to me. Instead they called me 5 mins later asking me if I would be returning, FUCK NO. I gave you more than enough time and opportunity especially after you stiffed me on my last appointment by not having an optometrist on hand that day. You obviously were more concerned with your story about going to the mall and purchasing a pair of heels instead of focusing on the paying customer sitting impatiently in front of you for 45 fucking mins Alex. And that dumb bitch and her dolce story was stupid too. Hahaha corporate needs to watch how laid back the staff is here. They don't care about the people who ultimately pay their paychecks. Stupid fucks. And to think I was a loyal paying customer for over 7 years! Just read the review I left you 7 years ago.. Always excellent service. Wish I would've gone sooner. Easy to make appointments with flexible scheduling. Then on the day of my appointment I called to see if they could get me in early since I got off work early and they were able to. The cute and friendly lady that helped me pick and fit my frames was awesome. Even the doctor was very nice and walked through each step. I felt at home and welcomed and even when I went back days later to have my glasses readjusted she was there and took care of me in seconds. Keep up the great work! Thanks again. We ordered glasses in November and was told they'd be ready in 10 - 12 days. Five weeks later, the glasses are no where to be found. No one in the office seems to know how to get the glasses delivered, and don't care that it's taken this long. Phone calls to the manager are useless, because there never seems to be a manager in the office. We have tried canceling the order and still haven't gotten our money back, and now the insurance benefit for this year will be lost. Ridiculous and awful customer service. Whatever you do, go somewhere else for glasses. read more

Poor customer service. It took three employees to get my information into the computer right and the last one I was handed off to was the most rude of all. She was short with me and when I asked about pricing for contacts, she blurted out that this was my only option because I would be getting a rebate for almost half of my out of pocket cost. The rebate and receipt were then shoved into my hand with no explanation as to how to use them. I asked a couple questions and got short, rushed, answers. When I got home and had a chance to look at the rebate, I discovered I was ineligible. So I paid double for nothing. read more

Henry Ford OptimEyes was one of the worst experiences of my life. Never use 504 n telegraph rd Monroe Michigan optometrist. They are rude, they mess up the prescription making them worse than the old glasses and insist after trying to wear then for a week that they were right and was forcing me to keep them. They were militant from the very beginning. They had no appointments though they are required but we needed the glasses for the driving test. That is why we put up with the rudeness at first. Now we know why they had no customers. And I'm sure insurance rates will climb with these most unprofessional and unskilled people. This is just awful. They finally after I was insisting over and over and calling the insurance company on them, finally succumbed to getting another appointment and so we had to drive all the way there for. Then I called the director and he said he would reprimand them. How nice, then the women mangled my glasses before they put the second pair in the mail, they did this vindictively. In all the time we were there they did not explain one thing, they never did a fitting to make sure the glasses were right for neither me nor my husband. They were angry and rude about my husband having a beard. And they never offered a discount after all that, between the two of us, we paid well over 200.00, not including what they got paid for the insurance. And they are overpriced. With no discounts! No extras! Save yourself the trouble and go down the road where they are busy and kind. Customer service matters!!! And getting the right prescriptions are a real plus!! Both our glasses were wrong but my husband wouldn't deal with them. He just went to another optometrist. They should have refunded our money and fixed the glasses. The director did not call me back. I may have used them again if they would have done righteously. I told the director about the glasses being mangled and my husbands being not strong enough. This experience was a disaster. read more
