From my experience, the employees at OfficeMax are more helpful and, personally, I prefer the layout of the store to Office Depot. Maybe it's a Coke vs. Pepsi thing, but I just prefer OfficeMax.

This is an unorganized store with no employees! Counted 3 people working in the entire building…read more The manager was the one stocking shelves and she wasnt much help. When she was giving us the information on the office cart, she never did say we had to order it and that they dont keep them in stock. We get to the register and then we find out from the cashier that bit of information. The cashier was a total airhead and you could tell she only stood behind the counter because she couldnt answer any question you asked her. It seems the items we were looking for were scattered over four isles when they shouldnt have been. The store was clean but just very poor in my opinion. Hire some more employees! Office Depot had almost too many lol.
