Jacob came out when he said he would and quoted me a price on the trees which was agreeable to me. We then discussed the flower beds and I really didn't know exactly what I wanted, so we kind of designed it together and agreed on a price which I felt was very fair. Jacob showed up when promised and did a good job on the tree trimming as well as the flower bed. He fully completed the job in just a few hours, including cleaning up all the trimmings as asked. He offered to do some other things I mentioned, but I told him I'd have to have him back in a week or so (I was in a lot of pain at that point so another day made more sense to me). Jacob is very professional, courteous and thorough and I would not hesitate to hire him again. I would certainly recommend him.
