Around 1pm, I texted him saying that if I did not receive a response by 5pm, I would book another service. He responded 15 minutes later, saying that the cleaners could come Saturday morning instead. I am writing this review at 10:40am on Saturday, after texting and calling Jose at 8:30am and 9:54am. I have received no response, and there have been no cleaners sent to my address. Overall, this experience has wasted a lot of time and effort on my part.
