Feeling like a failure at every turn. When I met Emily she was so understanding and passed no judgment on me or the state of my unorganized life. She put my mind at ease and made it so easy to get organized. Now when I do laundry I can just put it all away because everything has a place. Idk if anyone knows how good that feels but to me it was one of the best feelings. Because of Emily I can rest easy knowing I can manage this gift of organization she gave to me!! From the bottom of my heart Tysm Emily!! I'll be seeing you in soon.

Not only was she extremely thorough and professional, but she also went above and beyond what we originally asked her to do. She was incredibly kind and patient with my grandparents, and even spent time chatting with them. The apartment looks so much better, and we were so impressed that my grandparents will definitely be having her back for additional cleaning. It's hard to find someone who is hardworking, trustworthy, and genuinely caring, but she is all of those things. I highly recommend her services!

*** SCAMMER *** If I could give zero stars, I would. As…read moreothers have said, she doesn't do the work promised and sometimes doesn't do any work at all. This happened a year ago. She insisted on Cash App payments of "deposits", then no-showed without any communication. She told me she was booked up until after the holidays and has kids so to wait until then to reschedule. I contacted her right after New Year's and she requested an ADDITIONAL deposit. I paid. Then she wanted MORE money. Eventually, I blamed myself for being a sucker. My husband didn't even trust her anymore to have her in our home. He thought she might case our house. I just gave up. Out $345 and no cleaning and, even though she said she would refund, she never did and blocked me. LESSON: If they can't take a credit card or payment on the day they arrive to do the work, find someone else.

Leslie listened to my needs without judging and quickly scheduled one of her team members to assess the situation. Leslie's crew was able to accurately assess how much time would be needed to meet my goals. Not only were these people practical and methodical, but they took time to listen to me throughout the process. Each item was analyzed: keep, trash, donate, or take to consignment. It did not stop there! Anything for trash, donation, or consignment was placed in containers for me, and the donate/consignment items were delivered for me (even getting my consignment account started). I cannot say enough about the support I felt throughout this process, not to mention the relief and renewal that followed in my home.

Regis and his team at Master Remodelers did two extensive projects for us. When I first contacted…read morethem, I was unprepared for their requirement of payment for a project proposal. Their comprehensive in-house design and build approach was unlike that of other contractors, and their cooperative communication was instrumental in developing and meeting our expectations. They made understanding us and our house equal priorities. They educated us about the condition of the house, brought in an engineer, and designed projects around improving and reinforcing the house. They found and corrected issues created by the house's original builder. They work well coordinating their work with other contractors. With one exception, there were no call-backs. A minor installation error discovered years later was cheerfully and promptly fixed as a warranty item, a reflection on their commitment to their clients. When it came time to sell the house, the quality of their work was a strong draw for the buyers. It drew a crowd. They exemplify how a great team can accomplish great results!

At first, she said I shouldn't leave a bad review because I have never dealt with a death in my family (not true & not sure how that is relevant). Then she accused me of writing my review to punish the company and for no other reason. My response was: "Let's be VERY clear here. I'm not "punishing your company". I'm leaving a review of our experience on a site that is meant to leave reviews of people's experiences with different companies. If all owners tried to bully patrons into only leaving good reviews on Yelp... well there would no longer be a Yelp. I'm leaving honest feedback on how it felt to deal with your company. I'm sorry that you don't agree with our assessment, but it's truly how it felt. I'm very glad that we parted ways when we did so that we could work with someone that was much more pleasant to deal with." And she responded back with: "And you reaffirmed ours that "you're not our customer." Because our customers have class." I just wanted everyone to know how this company operates behind the scenes...
