They stated that was not their norm, but would'nt be a problem. Their subcontracted installers did a great job on the floor installation and stain. Lewis Flooring came out to wax and buff the floors. They arrived with an empty can of paste wax. After a trip to Lowes/Home Depot, they began to apply the wax. Not using cheese cloth as recommended on the can, they applied the wax with household rags, resulting in various thicknesses of wax on the floor. They also forgot to bring a Lambs Wool buffing pad, again as recommended, and used nylon carpet remnants smearing the overly waxed floors. The moved the furniture back ending at 5PM on a Friday. I spent the next Saturday and Sunday removing portions of the wax and re-buffing with the appropriate pads.
