They did not do this as a result, i was charged over $60.00 dollars by the painter, of the complex, to remove the three 1"x 4" strips of tape. i mentioned to the staff that it was vital they removed those items & i was ensured it would be done but shame on me for not walking through the apartment until final walk through of the move out. I was happy with the cleaning of the empty apartment and empty appliances, but i removed one star for not doing the three items I specifically requested and they said they would do. in addition i supplied the carpet cleaner, chemicals, and the heavy duty vacuum. i wish them well!
