Seeing it restored and intact was almost embarrassing--in the best way. After this service, two things happened: I immediately budgeted for my next cleaning, and I started thinking about who to invite over--seriously. Thanks, Citrus Carpet Cleaning, for getting my house smelling like fresh lemonade!

STAY AWAY! This business refused to honor the voucher I purchased from Yelp website…read more The owner was also rude. I wouldn't do business with him again. UPDATE: 7/23/13 He says that he offered me a "full refund". Let's clarify this: This guy calls me today, and says that he is willing to give me "some" money back if I remove my review. Bribery???? He never offered a full refund. This was really simple, I called him, negotiated a price for his services, and then attempted to use the voucher I purchased on Yelp. He REFUSED to honor the voucher, period! I admit, I did hang up on him, because I wanted no part of his bribe offer. The facts still remain. Oh, and one more reason to stay away from this business; He called me right back and left a message stating that if I didn't remove the review he would take me to court. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

Antoine was quick to respond and was able to come out within a day or so of me asking for a quote…read more Antoine provided a quote that priced all the work separately, allowing us to choose the work scope that was within our budget. He was also flexible in additional requests we had along the way (like asking for a final glossy coat to finish the wood floors). I was originally going to replace carpet with LVP but found wood floors under the carpet! We chose to have the wood floors refinished and stained and they turned out fantastic! It looks like a completely new space. The job was scheduled within a few days and was completed on schedule. Included (for a fee) in the quote was assistance putting furniture back in the room which was helpful. I'd contact Antoine again for future flooring needs.

The man and woman duo were just standing around in one bedroom not doing any cleaning! There were blinds on the floor needing dusting--they decided to just leave it there until I asked. I did not see a single duster, mop or vacuum in action. Every inquiry was met with "that's not my job" when you are literally cleaning an empty house! Then shortly afterwards, they packed up and abandoned the job without a word. Very unprofessional and unskilled!

Kevin O'Brien and CitruSolutions were recommended to us by a friend and we could not be more pleased. We recently had them back after our daughter moved out, having lived in our basement for a bit with her sweet dog Charlie. As you can imagine, a large dog going in and out, for months and months, presented a challenge when it came to keeping the carpets clean. Usually, a picture is worth a thousand words but even so, these pictures only scratch the surface of what an amazing job they did. The corner picture is where Charlie would eat and that area was a huge mess! I sincerely did not believe it would come clean...but it looks great! I truly did not expect Kevin and his team to work the miracle they did yesterday. I cannot recommend CitruSolutions Carpet Cleaning of Gainesville enough! The cleaners were efficient, had a…read morepositive attitude, and clearly took pride in their work (one cleaner led me to the kitchen and essentially said "check THIS out" pointing to my stove, which was now spotless, when it previously had what I figured must've been permanent buildup from use over time). KSL communicated clearly when scheduling, before starting, during, and after finishing the clean. I asked via the project request chat what I should do to prepare for their arrival, to which they said there's nothing I need to do in advance. For the price, I thought it was a bargain. My recommendation is so strong that it's now 3 years past the service, and I not only can recollect the experience, but also am motivated to leave this review.
