Communication was quick and easy from the start, anytime I reached out, I got a fast response and was able to get scheduled without any hassle. They showed up on time, were very professional, and got straight to work. What stood out most was the attention to detail. Everything was removed carefully, and the area was left clean afterward, not just a quick in-and-out job. They were also very easy to work with and flexible depending on the situation, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The biggest plus for me was availability. It's not always easy finding someone who can come out quickly and actually follow through, but that wasn't an issue here. Overall, really solid service. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable junk removal.

The man and woman duo were just standing around in one bedroom not doing any cleaning! There were blinds on the floor needing dusting--they decided to just leave it there until I asked. Then shortly afterwards, they packed up and abandoned the job without a word. Very unprofessional and unskilled!
