Arrived on time. Expected 2 girls for 3.5 hours... got 3 for 4.5+ hours. Hard workers and we left a very specific list. Overall they nailed about 95% of the job perfectly and used the eco-friendly sprays we left them. House looks amazing!! 3. Even though the job should have cost more compared to the original quote, Alejandro honored the original price. That was a classy move and earned our future business! Look forward to using this company again. :)

All the reviews we got from our guests since Feb complimented how clean the home is. This team is incredible. They clean inside drawers and cabinets. Bathrooms and all the rooms are shiny. He lets me know when they leave the home. Anyone who needs cleaners should give this company a try. It's easy to communicate with them. You can call or text them. It works out great for us. Rene called me immediately and made an appointment to view my home on the very same day! He arrived to the appointment on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. We spoke about our unique needs and desires and he was able to give us different pricing to accommodate our preferences. They showed up the following week and did an amazing job. There was a small accident which resulted in a figurine breaking. Accidents can happen, but they were honest and forthcoming and offered to replace it (they didn't need to tho, I just glued it together). Their honesty and integrity alone is worth more than words can say.

We keep our home pretty clean but the deep cleaning takes time and energy and we had a family party coming up so I wanted a little extra help. The lady who cleaned our home was nice I wish i could remember her name. she showed up with her own supplies and came on time. we did a walk through in the beginning and end. I told her my focus points which were my bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting and wiping down my inside windows. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. I would hire again but maybe 2 people next time for it to be extra clean.

I recently moved to Henderson, and after being disappointed with the services of another company…read morefor my move-in "deep cleaning", I decided to try LV Cleaning (with my fingers crossed). First, the communication was really great from the start. They alerted me the team was running a little behind schedule and would be about an hour late arriving. I didn't mind and appreciated the heads up. Once the cleaning team arrived, I showed them around and they got to work right away. I really appreciated that they removed their shoes and wore socks (I didn't even ask) being respectful of my floors. I work from home, so i was in my office w the door closed for much of the time. However, when I did step out and walk around, I noticed how meticulously they were cleaning -- dusting and wiping down blinds, cleaning toilets, glass and even wiping down the doors to each room. To my surprise, they actually swept the leaves from my welcome mat and porch. I was impressed. Before they left, they asked me to walk around and make sure I was pleased with everything. I really appreciated that -- and I was very pleased with their work! I wish I would've hired LV Cleaning for my move-in cleaning, as I think it would've been a much better experience. Nonetheless, I'm so happy I found them now, and I look forward to their coming back every few weeks!!

Their communication was great from start to finish, their pricing was very reasonable, and overall they did a really good job with our move-out cleaning. My only small complaint was that I expected the walls and doors to be wiped down as part of a full move-out cleaning, and they weren't. That could absolutely be on me, though, because I didn't ask beforehand or double-check what was included in the service. Other than that, I was very happy with everything. They were very communicative throughout the process and sent us a reminder the day before the scheduled cleaning. That was especially helpful because I had accidentally booked the wrong date. The floors were vacuumed, the inside of the kitchen cabinets was cleaned, the oven was spotless, and the blinds were completely dust-free. It was so refreshing to come home to a clean, fresh smelling house. The next time we need a cleaning service, we already know who we are calling!
