This particular morning I was on my way to some plans with friends. First thing I did like always was make conversation about the new and old stock they have and how I bought out the Cooper st location yesterday. We settled on 6 of these. Just to get out to the car and find out they're not 7 hydroxy but MIT. Then when I went back in to ask for a solution I got attitude. I literally spend hundreds of dollars in there EVERY WEEK! When I went back today to return it or receive a store credit the cashier smelt the charger and said she could smell the same smell. She also called the manager and then asked me for the batteries I use so she could plug it up for 5 minutes and tell me nothing is wrong with it and they aren't going to do anything about it. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS. SALES ARE OBVIOUSLY SLIM TO NONE SO THEY TOOK MY MONEY! And then the cashier threatened to call the police on me because she saw me talking to someone that was about to go in the store. Not knowing I already called the police and they said it's a civil matter and if I'm not in the store then I'm not breaking the law. AND THE FIRE HAZARD CHARGER WAS OVERPRICED! Thieves with nasty energy. KARMA IS REAL!

This is extremely disappointing. Tried to get a hold of them on the phone and no answer. Unless someone can remedy this I won't be going back Updated 12/11: went in to exchange and the only one they had left was also melted and all on the side of the rosin... this is beyond disappointing. One of the most expensive places around to buy rosin and now 3 different occasions I have got an inferior product. And then being told other stores don't have any and they could exchange it for diamonds(a much lesser product) probably won't be back unfortunately hate that the quality has fallen to the wayside Also attached a photo of what rosin is supposed to look like and what they gave me
