I saw a Groupon for microneedling at this medspa and decided to come and check it out…read more First, it's a really aesthetically beautiful space. This extends to all areas of the spa that I accessed. The vibe is definitely lush and luxe. The waiting area has plenty of seating for clients waiting and there are two restrooms as well as an open sink area for clients and guests to use. My only critique would be that the music was a bit loud but I also could have been sitting close to a speaker. The spa scored major points for having a parking lot. This allowed for easy access and in this part of town that can be challenging to come by. The desk staff are very nice and helpful. Someone came in 30+ minutes early for their appointment and instead of making it a big deal they offered them the use of the sauna. I thought this was really great and showcased that the spa really does prioritize guest experience. The level of communication pre appointment was great and supportive. I was on a wait list for my service and was texted about an earlier opening. My actual procedure was also a great experience. The esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable and provided great insight around aftercare and follow-up. Shout out to Kristin(en) she was great and it was also her birthday. Overall, this was a lovely medspa experience start to finish. I highly suggest checking them out (and catch some deals on Groupon).

I visited this establishment twice, hoping the initial issues were a one-off experience, but…read moreunfortunately, the customer service remained consistently poor. My first experience involved confusion with their booking system, which I overlooked as a minor technical error. However, my second visit confirmed a deeper issue with their operational standards. Despite arriving early for my appointment, I waited for 15 minutes past my scheduled start time before even being checked in. Then 15 minutes later, once I approached the front desk they checked with the clinical area to bring me back, the delay extended another 15 minutes once in the room waiting for the doctor. When I addressed the wait time, I was told directly that my appointment was not a priority compared to other patients and that this wasn't a cosmetic space --an unacceptable statement to make to any client -- which I was aware of. After waiting, I requested to speak with management. The ensuing interaction lacked any proactive acknowledgment of the situation but was followed up later with an apology after I explained my disappointment with the lack of expectations when it comes to waiting times. After we discussed the breakdown in customer service and I agreed to proceed with the appointment, I was informed minutes later that the doctor had moved on to another patient and I had been passed over and would have to wait another 30 minutes to be seen. In any aesthetic or medical practice, the client experience should be built on clear expectations and mutual respect. This experience was dismissive and disorganized. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Adriana made me feel super comfortable. She saw what I saw, and came up with a realistic plan that I was comfortable moving forward with. On the day of my first treatment, I was soooo nervous while the injections were happening, crossing my fingers that I would like my results, but I am so happy to say that they exceeded my expectations. Adriana did just enough to make a difference, but it's subtle enough that no one can tell I had anything done. I just had a follow up appointment to look at one area that needed a little adjustment after the swelling had gone down and she fixed me right up. It's exactly what I wanted! Definitely book a consult :)

The woman who did my laser hair removal was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I've been having laser hair removal for over 20 years, so I've had plenty of treatments to compare it to, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. She clearly knows what she's doing and took the time to explain everything, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the treatment. My nurse, Dorothy, who did my Botox, lip flip, and teeth whitening, was equally amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable from the beginning. I especially appreciated her input with my Botox because I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted or what would work best for me. She took the time to explain everything and steer me in the right direction, and I'm so glad I trusted her judgment. I've worked in medical spas myself and have been going to them since I was 18 (42 now) so I've had a lot of experiences over the years. I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I've ever had at a med spa. I was genuinely blown away by the professionalism, knowledge, bedside manner, and overall warmth of everyone I interacted with. OTOH, the receptionist at the 35th street location is wonderful, and all the aestheticians at that location are thoughtful, careful, informed, and very good listeners. Janna and Barbara are my preferred, but every facial I've had there has been lovely. I walk a lot, and my feet are gnarly gnomic nightmares of callouses on callouses. I had a doctor actually recommend I get pedicures to deal with how bad my callouses are. So, I started getting pedicures from various places. And then I got a pedicure from Rubey. She was the first pedicurist who didn't draw blood. I mentioned that to her, and she said she hears that a lot. And she was puzzled why people kept saying that. We say that because she's so good. So, I highly recommend Viva, especially Rubey, Janna (sp?), Barbara, and the 35th front desk person whose name I can't remember who straightened out so many things for me, but I wish they gave their massage therapists a longer break, and the music is bleh.
