For those skeptical of the healthy approach that CoreLife takes, I had my skepticisms as well. But I was very surprised how amazing the salads tasted. I had the spicy chicken and ancient grains bowl and the spicy lime cilantro dressing was very tasty. The broth bowl was also quite good. I cannot wait to come here again and try the other items on the menu. The establishment is very clean and well lit and decorated. And the employees are extremely kind and fast with the service. Highly recommend to try out CoreLife if you haven't already!

The menu was fairly baseline with a few signature specialty dishes but all consisting of the same ingredients. Overall it certainly was not the greatest Sushi dining experience for me personally and I would pass on the next opportunity to visit. What more could you want?…read more I first tried their juices at the Binghamton Indoor Farmer's Market where of I was excited to try different flavors every week (or so). Honestly, I don't think there's a flavor I don't like! But don't sleep on the charcoal one (unless maybe you're on a medication), it's actually very delicious! I especially frequent this place during setup week downtown for the LUMA festival, handing out bulk juices to help keep all of our tech staff fueled, hydrated, and energized in the early September heat. Everyone loved them and kept asking for more! Plus, I would stop by to grab a protein smoothie or bowl every now and then to enjoy something delicious and healthy. The quality is always top-notch. Everything is super fresh! Just be aware that these aren't filled with preservatives (which is great!) so you should keep cold and consume right away.
