So my massage therapist left the room not once... not twice... not three times but, 8 times! Why???…read moreI have no idea. I thought to myself damn maybe she needs more oil or maybe she's going to get those hot rocks .. NOPE came back empty handed. And she didn't just leave for a few seconds it was always minutes at a time. Then to top it off she asked for a tip in the end which is fine (great service deserves a tip) so I said sure I'll give you $10. Apparently that wasn't good enough she wanted $20. Maybe $20 would have crossed my mind if you didn't leave the room 8 times and cut my massage short by 20 minutes. So I said never mind to the tip and I'm 99.99% sure she called me mean names This place is a joke. Avoid it at all costs. I ignored reviews because I like to try things on my own but here I am hoping to prevent another massage seeker the disappointment. oh and they didn't even offer me a sip of water after like all the other place

Once we got started the lady told me she could only do 30 mins and would give me $20 change (the difference). Out of those 30 mins she spent about 10 mins just scratching my head. Once it's all done which was not even the full 30 she tries to keep my $20 change for herself as a tip kept insisting it was 40 plus 20 tip no way should I have even paid for that. Absolutely terrible just robbed me for $50. Never again will I step foot here.

They use a sign in sheet so you can write what ails you or where the pain is, if any. This was different for a spa, but I figured it would at least give them a starting point, I guess. I was shown to a comfortable room and told to get comfortable, and the masseuse would be in shortly. I disrobed and got situated on the table and a lady came in. She introduced herself as Ericka and asked if I'd like hard or medium pressure. I opted for medium as I was not in any pain, just wanted to relax a bit. She was fine with that and proceeded to give me a great massage. She was conversational but not chatty. She applied a lotion not an oil and did a fantastic job getting out the little knots and getting the blood flowing. Her technique was smooth and relaxing. She used the entire time and was very attentive. I was quite relaxed and happy with the service I received. I will come back to visit again.
