Sunny Day Spa is a solid, reliable massage spot in San Bernardino, especially for the price. For…read more$60, you get a full-body massage that actually delivers. They ask how much pressure you want and adjust as needed, and they check in during the session to make sure you're comfortable. That alone puts them above a lot of places. The spa itself is clean, professional, and has zero creepy or weird vibes, which is always a big plus. I brought my wife and we did a couples massage--two massage beds in the same room--and the experience was smooth and relaxing. I went in with a stiff neck that had been bothering me for a couple of weeks and left feeling noticeably better, which honestly was the goal. Not a luxury spa, but for the price, service, and results, Sunny Day Spa is definitely worth it. A great local spot if you're looking for a good massage without overpaying.

My masseuse was Lili and she did a great job. She could tell how tense my body was and applied the right amount of pressure, but still asked if I was comfortable. She didn't skimp on the service at all, she made me feel so comfortable I didn't care that I was naked, lol. I left feeling so much better, my 3 week headache went away and my left shoulder that's been bothering me for a month felt 90% better. I'll definitely be returning at least once a month because Lili gives you bang for buck and I feel my body is circulating blood properly now. You can use your card to pay, but I recommend bringing cash for the tip.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I suffer from fibromyalgia and bad arthritis. I had a really bad flare in my…read moreneck for several days and needed to get a massage to help loosen my neck muscles. I normally get a massage at my chiropractor, but they were fully booked for days. I found this place nearby by and gave it a try due to the reviews on Google and the price. I should have known better. It's in a run down strip mall area of SB. The first warning was the double bared doors when you enter. It was very creepy. They make you pay before the massage. I paid by card $40 for 30 minutes. 2 guys came in after me and they were trying to push me to the back of the building quickly. They put me in this small back room which smelled weird. I informed the lady that I needed my neck muscles massaged only. She told me to remove my top & bra, but didn't give me anything to cover up with or she didn't walk out while I changed. The massage was okay, but I couldn't relax because it was so creepy in there. I kept waiting for some guy to start moaning in the next room. It had that vibe. She also kept reaching down and snapping my panties. I kept telling her my neck only but she kept doing it. Gross!!! The thing that really upset me was I gave her a $4 tip with cash on the way out. Then the next day my husband told me that they charged my card an additional $6. That place was so creepy that I didn't want to go back to dispute it. Beware that they over charge your card.

The receptionist was kind, and after a brief discussion, I chose a one-hour deep tissue massage. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. The therapist used excessive pressure, which made my pain worse, and she placed hot stones on my back without checking the temperature, causing a burn. I tried to express my discomfort, but she didn't understand English, so I couldn't stop her. After the session, I spoke with an older gentleman at the front desk. Once I paid, he asked if I would leave a tip. I declined, and he became outraged. I told him that a tip is optional, not mandatory, and that the reason I wasn't leaving a tip was because the massage was horrible, and the service was poor. He didn't like my response; he told me I was the worst type of person, that my kind of people were horrible, and he launched into a series of racist insults, disparaging Mexico and Mexican people, calling us the worst. He refused to return my card, even though it was rightfully mine. When I threatened to call the police, he doubled down, asking invasive questions about my citizenship, all while continuing to disparage Mexico. Only when I started recording him did he backpedal, claiming he had no issue with Mexicans. Eventually, another staff member, presumably the owner, stepped in, calmed him down, and gave me my card. This was a deeply distressing experience, and I strongly urge others to stay away from this business. Everyone deserves respect, and this establishment failed on every level.

The room felt like a teenager's room, and at some point, I felt like I was in the wrong place until an older lady assured me I wasn't. It is not worth the price. Nice people.
