Unfortunately the price ended up being almost double what was anticipated, several items were chipped during loading and unloading. They came and said they have to come back a second day to haul off my range and move my refrigerator. I thought everything was ok. I receive a phone call that they can't move my refrigerator to the garage because they can't remove refrigerator doors. Thus, they left it for my flooring guys to move around. (They told me they were a full service moving company.) 3rd time I had an appointment from 8-10. I waited until almost 10 to call and ask where they were. They said they would get back with me. About a 1/2 hour later they called and said they would be there around 12. After that I receive a phone call they will be there in 1/2 hour. They finally came about 1:30. There are two other scheduling issues I had with them, but I won't go further. The staff was friendly, but just not professional. No, I would not re-hire them.

The three day window before and after is awesome. Both drivers I met and talked to were very kind and helpful. The only issue I had was with the communication between the dispatch and the actual truck drivers about my truck delivery and pick up times and payment. All the men I spoke with were very nice but the one lady I spoke to was not very nice or patient. The U-pack price was very affordable also. I tried to tell the mover I had my house professionally cleaned once a month and exterminated every other month but they still cancelled. Now that I sent the certification saying there were no signs of bed bugs, and never were signs, the only bug I have are the crickets coming from the office when I asked for my deposit back.
