I find it incredibly concerning that a patient advocate, whose sole purpose is to help patients understand and navigate their healthcare, was not allowed. How do I make an informed decision when I am being denied that support? Ultimately, I left and did not receive necessary care. I filed my complaint via their website and never heard back either.

My boots looked great. He cleaned them up nicely. The heels looked great too. These are my absolute favorite shoes, Lord & Taylor. On to Saturday. I was in my shoes for a total of 3 hours. About 2 hous in is when I noticed they were peeling. I was getting so many compliments on my shoes and I looked down and I can see the peeling pieces poking out the side from under the ball of my foot. I contacted Rafi first thing Monday and sent him a text with video. He is taking no responsibility. I feel like he was trying to do a good job. He replaced the heel tips and I believe he used some kind of cleaner on the shoes which caused them to peel . I definitely would not trust this business with expensive shoes! I went here because of the high revenues but I neglected to read the bad ones that include pictures of the workmanship or lack of. Big mistake! He is friendly. He is fast. He is efficient. He went above and beyond, not only to replace my heel tips but to bring my shoes back to their Glory Days. All in all I highly recommend this business. If you are in need of shoe repair you will not be disappointed. Don't throw those shoes away bring them back to their Glory Days! Hahaha. This is not a paid for review.
