They were kind, and eager to give me a great experience. For a diner, it was not too noisy, and everything was very clean. Prices were very fair too. The only thing lacking .. and I saw this a lot in New York, was non-alcoholic beer. I cannot drink alcohol, and this is something I really enjoy with my meals. Imperial does have a variety of "Mocktails" .. so there are options for folks like me ..but it would be nice to see some beer options for the growing number of people who either cannot drink, or prefer to avoid alcohol. The two cheeses brought the sandwich together nicely creating a savory dance on your tongue. The cheese literally oozes out with eat bite. As good as it was, I know it will not be a frequent meal to grace my belly, because personally, it's just too much meat *for me*. Considering this, I ate the whole sandwich in one sitting. I'm not usually a brisket person, but I was willing to give this one a try. Cheese, meat, and bread, sign me up. The Tower definitely needed the Sauce, which seemed prebottled and not exclusive. It doesn't take much to make an Housemade Seafood Boil sauce versus just providing an oily pre-bottled one.
