I signed up last night.dor an appointment tme t today at 1010. I arrive early. To a small sign on the counter that says "Cashless business". Wtf? This was not on the advertisement, on the website, or on any if the paperwork that i filled out last night. I aske the lady (there were about 3 clustered around the front counter, but 1 seemed like their leader. She was a mature looking woman that looked like her name may have been Loretta) if they refused legal tender. It was a yes or no question, but she answered like it was her PhD dissertation to basically say credit cards debit cards etc. She completely ignored my question. How rude. She was basically telling me that the business didnt care if I had to use a high interest credit card to pay for services. How disrespectful and self serving. If I have to go into debt for a something like a sugar scrub, I dont want it. I had forgotten my credit.cards at home, but i thought I would be olay because I brought cash, you know legal tender. They recently moved to a new location (a few blocks away from the old location ) I would recommend allowing yourself a few mins to be able to find it. The new location is tucked in as soon as you pass RIDE cycling. Love the new location. The decor and colors are great. The rooms are bigger to move around more freely and even have a full size mirror in them. I would recommend booking with Gabby, she's the best! This is my second time getting burned by the laser here after following all of the instructions given. After the first time I was burned here I was told to heal and that I can come back and my credits won't expire. They recommended I get in touch with an esthetician that can help make sure my skin barrier is stronger for next time. A month later after getting two facials a week, my skin was back to normal with no burns and no scarring. I go back to get laser and I'm rejected service because the face wash the esthetician has me using has acid in it is what I was told so I said okay. The person doing the laser said come back in seven days and only use these specific products (she gave recommendations of two to purchase) for the next seven days and your skin will NOT burn when you come in for service. Came in 7 days later and after the service I was walking out and let her know my skin was still tingling and starting to feel as if it's burning but she said it would go away. Very unprofessional customer service. I received Brazilian laser hair removal services. I was severely burned during my last session in multiple areas causing severe pain and discoloration. I was lied too multiple times by being told that I would be contacted by someone but it took two days for the manager to call me. The manager, whom did my laser treatment lacked empathy, accused me of causing the burns to appear and provided no solution to my issue. I then received a call from the regional manger who was highly unprofessional , she did not allow me to speak and abruptly hung up the phone. My daughter had her first appointment today. She called and made the appointment; however, they always do a new promo for first time clients. However, they did not for her and charged her the full amount. I think this is awful because she is a first-time client, and she goes to work and school full time. They took advantage of her being naive and when I said I believe she should be refunded, they told me no because she did not have the promo option picked (or whatver). I have had a membership here for awhile but I'm going to cancel. I don't like tricky promos in which they do not honor what they say they will honor to lure new clients.
