I have been faithfully coming to these therapists for the past 5 years. Every service they provide is amazing. I love that each therapist has a different style, but has seemed to perfect their craft to deliver a healing experience. I felt like I won the lottery when I found out they opened up closer to me! I actually just had a massage with May last night (90 minute Foot Reflexology), probably the best massage I have had to date. Honestly, my favorite part is when she scratches my scalp and rubs my face (who wouldn't love that!?) I recommend this type of service/massage to anyone as self-care, self-maintenance, and catharsis. There were 4 of us ladies using our coupons from the Buy 1 Get One coupon book that comes once a month to East County or maybe all Of San Diego County! 3 of us got the reflexology foot massage..what we didn't read was that you get 30 minute foot, and 30 minute body massage with hot stones and essential oils, and it was deep tissue and stretching! This place was so awesome that I made an appt for tomorrow to take my husband as a surprise! The best experience ever! So relaxing!!!! My niece got the 1 hour deep tissue Swedish massage and was super pleased too! The rates are so reasonable, I will probably go at least once a month! she asked me to wait 10-15min and after about 25min she said he won't be much longer. after waiting another 20 min was told they messed up (double booked) and needed an hour more. i would not be so mad if she would have just told me this earlier. i am not waiting in their lobby for 1 hour and 40 min. i asked for a refund and walked out. they lost a loyal customer who has been going there since they opened & who tips really well. oh well...no more referrals. i told my friends this experience and asked them to find a different spot. now you lost 5+ regular customers. maybe you will get your act together... read more

It was horrible. I went in after a long week of stressful work. I felt my masseuse was killing me. I told her twice to chill. But the harder she went the more I got tense. On top of that I was FORCED to TIP more than what I thought was reasonable. I gave her a $10 tip even though I hated the massage but they wanted me to give them $30. The very rude guy in the front desk said I needed to tip more because $10 was not enough. I paid for a $40 massage that left me more tense and stressed than when I walked in. AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I tried this place because it is closer to my house than my usual massage place. I really liked the atmosphere here. The mood was relaxed with music playing. I liked that it was individual massage rooms. However the masseuse was not the best. It was average. I was a bit disappointed that I paid $40 for an average massage. The place I usually go to is $25 and they really massage me head to toe. I would probably come back here if I wasn't feeling up to driving far. I always get a massage with my underwear on. Never have I ever had a problem. When I entered the room there were no sheets just a large towel???? Hmmmmm Red flag # 1. A gentlemen walked into the room and did not speak any English. He would only say "ok" ? I kept my underwear on. He pulled the towel off then pulled down my underwear. He pulled them below my butt cheeks leaving me fully exposed and not covered. If I wanted my underwear off I would have taken them off. He then put his hand inside my ass crack ? Who massages inside the crack? This is a first and last for me. He stopped rubbing inside my crack then started massaging my shoulders. He did not pull up my underwear, again I'm laying there ass out. He never covered me? Why didn't I scream? Why didn't I say pull my underwear's up. He also must have just finished dinner as he kept burping over my body. I was in disbelief! He then exited the room and came back with hot stones and was sliding them down my butt crack ? I've been here 4 different times. Twice for a couples massage and another two times solo. My first time here was surprising since I wasn't prepared for them to ask me to get completely naked. I don't think I could go back to clothed massages now, the direct skin contact just gets all the knots out of my back and relaxes me even more. As any other massage place, they uncomfortably wait by your side on your way out for a tip. Awesome service and great prices. Went there for a date night with my wife. We're from Hawaii and was in San Diego on vacation. We wanted to get a nice relaxing massage from somewhere not too far from Barona (where we were staying) and stumbled on Hello Massage. I saw the yelp reviews and pictures so thought we'd give it a try. They were able to place me and my wife in the same room for a couples massage and they were very responsive over Yelp and phone to schedule an appointment. This place cannot be beat for the price and Steve is AMAZING! I always go for the 60 or 90 min. foot massage and love them. I've gotten Mark before and he's not bad but his hands always smell like smoke and I don't like it. One thing Steve does that no one else has is stretch my hips and I like that. He can be firm or light depending on your preference. The place is very clean, everyone is very nice and they do sometimes run behind but nothing that would turn me away as a customer. Very clean and professional place- not sketchy at all like some other ones that have that red light district vibe. When they first opened this place was a GEM but sadly the last couple times I have gotten a massage the therapist have not been that great. I don't feel like they are putting that much effort into their massages anymore. Also I had to ask them to close the door to the community room because the hallway was really noisy. I have a really hard time communicating with them because their English is very, very poor. I do agree with some of the other reviews regarding tips too. I literally just watched them frown when given a tip after the massage and then they talked amongst each other in a harsh tone. Sadly this place is going down hill. I've been coming here since they opened. It used to be very clean and staffed with talented massuesses. A 90 minute massage was a great deal....Now it is becoming run down, dirty and it appears the massuesses aren't trained let alone lisenced. The last 3 times I was there I was very disappointed.
