They used to give complimentary thin crackers and ice water. Now you have to pay for even water! Forget about asking for Ice... their Ice-Machine IS BROKEN! Who runs a business this x way and expects to stay open? I see why at 6pm, I was the only customer. They could have walked a few feet and bought Ice from the grocery store before telling a customer they have to buy water. I ended up walking out because I did not feel like being charged $5 for water from a no name brand water Plus the menu offers bottled water for $2.50 & $5...but of course, but only had the $5 bottle available...Ha-ha & NO WAY! I could go on, but I'd probably be banned! Ya know...?
