Bought a pack of human hair. My beautician opened the package and we discovered that I purchased…read morethe wrong color. Went to the store within their seven day return/exchange policy to exchange or get a store credit. Before I could ask for the exchange or credit the cashier bluntly stated "we can't accept that because it was opened". Their return policy on the receipt states "product must be in original condition and package (With all tags attached) for returns/exchanges."' No where does it states that the packages couldn't be opened. Exactly how are you to know if the product is correct if you don't open the package. I'm not a beautician and clearly this was my error. However, the product was not used and we put in it right back in the original package with all of the tags. Wasn't worth arguing with her about it. They just lost a customer that's all.

He proceeded to ask the employee behind the photo counter (Pat) for assistance Pat cut him off before he could even finish his question with a rude response of "this is not my department I don't know" he tried to ask another question clearly she could not answear back in a polite way or get another's person o help him but yet at the same time she was waiting on a Mother/daughter and was very nice to them (white family) she was telling the mother how they have other Walgreens customers in there store because of a problem at another store she can tell because they aren't her normal customers.How dare your employee be so rude to any customer that way . I found her to be racist, in every way ,she was kind to mother/daughter but cut the young man off with no assistance of her's or direct him to someone who could help him. the man was very lost and confused.Pat had no problem going n back to get another employee when she was finished in that department to walk away. The next lady was very kind to the young man when he asked her the same questions. At that point when my order was ready I let the new lady at the counter know how disappointed I was in what I witness ,at that point the young man heard me and also said Pat gave awful customer service. Called store upon their opening to confirm, told to call back at 1:00 pm when manager arrived, sales rep didn't know which products were included. Called at 1:00, arrived at store by 2:00 to find a MAN with several BASKETS FULL of Estee Lauder products. When I asked if they limit the amount of purchases, I was told yes, up to $1,000/day!! The MAN cleared the shelf of all the popular Estee skincare products and the product I wanted was gone! unbelievable but the manager seemed happy. Won't be shopping here again...they seem not to withhold their own store policies.
