I decided to keep going to Kresloff for the medical part but this year saw a different doctor than in the past due to scheduling -- she talked a lot about the complications diabetes can cause for your eyes, which I know as a Type 1 diabetic of decades and is why I keep a yearly appointment, but I had to ask her 3 times for confirmation that my eyes are still looking good at the moment and there are currently no signs of diabetic complications before she confirmed that there are not. A weird combination of being patronizing while treating the info I actually need as trivial. And now I've heard back from the contacts department suggesting I order contacts from them and talking about rebates that they never brought up when they charged me well over what they quoted last year. So bad on both the medical and product sales end.

It was a difficult first appointment, (I am suffering from eye problems due to a concussion). I felt she was on target with the diagnosis, and gave me a referral to a specialist. No eye doctor in the past had a solution for dry eye which she wrote directions for. Happy for that! I also want to mention that her staff was so friendly and helpful. They went beyond the call of duty staying until 6 o'clock to finish up with my needs. I also wanted to note that the office is in a lovely yellow Victorian, with parking in the back. At this time my appointment did not cover new glasses but I noted a large selection of them to choose from.

Couldn't be happier with the care I received and helpful staff.
