I called when I got home, offered appt 5 days away. I never went back as to afraid of service. Therron pulled my hair out, rinsed in ice cold water, it looks like mud!! Then came the cut, I could see it not looking anything like the picture we showed her and eventually I just told the hairdresser to leave it the way it was and we left. Upon arriving I met with my stylist (whom will remain unnamed) and explained to her that I needed my grow-out highlighted. My hair is a very natural blonde, and I explained to her that it needed to stay that way. When it came time to rinse, it was revealed my hair was now brown/green. I started crying. The stylist told me it was what I asked for when it most certainly was not! I had to go to a color correctionist that same day to have my hair stripped and re-dyed. I couldn't wear a pony tail for months because it would snap my hair off. Every time I brushed my hair huge clumps would just fall out. It was a nightmare.
