When I got there, a gentleman was getting his hair cut, but just because I showed up didn't mean he was rushed thru the rest of his visit. I'm very disappointed with my experience after being a long-term customer. I myself would go my son…read morewould go, and my boyfriend would all go to get our haircuts at this place . I bragged about this place being good, but not after the day I had! The hairstylist was 15 minutes late, I told her don't worry about it kept a smile on my face and waited . On top of that, she chopped off the entire crown of hair on my head That was all black covering up my peekaboo calico. 7 years of hair growth . She gave me a haircut I did not ask for I set up a consultation with Andrea and another Salon to see what I could do to fix it for lowest cost possible. Andrea the owner tried to talk me down saying it blended just fine. She Didn't like what my boyfriend had to say about that and pretended like she was going to help figure out a solution let me touch some extensions and talked more. She said she would get back to me later and the next day my boyfriend received a phone call telling us that she felt threatened and cornered ....because it was going to be a lot of money to fix, she did not want to deal with so she sent a text saying I am no longer welcome at our salon that I have to figure out the problem by myself that she will not fix the wrongdoing that her employee brought upon myself. I asked for a trim. I wanted my choppy face framing fixed some curtain bangs and that was it. I got a really horrible jellyfish haircut that I did not ask for I can't even pull my hair back. I had 18 inches of hair half of that got chopped off from the top and on the sides of the face framing. I cried so hard and all the gal offered me was a free cut and some free product which I declined. What went from a $50 haircut has now become a $4000 upkeep for a whole year to grow what I have now lost. Andrea is not a good business owner and she does not pay for her businesses wrongdoings.
