I've been seeing Oksana at Hello Beautiful for nearly 10 years, and she is truly amazing. Her facials are unlike anything I've experienced elsewhere. She doesn't just stick to one approach like microdermabrasion, blue light, or a water facial. Instead, she blends techniques and customizes each treatment based on exactly what my skin needs. Every session starts with a thoughtful assessment, delivered with such kindness and tact, that I always leave feeling beautiful and cared for. Thanks to Oksana, I get frequent compliments on my skin... "glowing" has been used more than once. Recently at Sephora, a consultant was shocked when she heard my age and even asked me for skincare advice. Beyond her expert esthetician skills, Oksana has the most healing and calming energy. Her facials feel like part skincare treatment, part therapy session (an essential piece of my self-care routine). I almost hesitate to write this review because her schedule is already full, but she deserves every bit of recognition. Highly recommend, 10/10! read more

Girls, I highly recommend Oksana -- she's a great professional and a very kind person. Thank you for giving me a fresh, natural look without makeup! read more

I've been coming to Oksana for over a year now and our appointments are something I always look forward to. I started coming when I was having some skin issues with cystic acne, and with the help of Oksana's advice, treatment, and products, my skin is at a much better place. I've gone to several aestheticians for extractions and only at Oksana's do I see very little/almost no hyperpigmentation post-extraction. She tailors each session according to your goals and what she thinks your skin needs, and she's so warm and welcoming. She truly makes each visit feel like a healing experience. Definitely recommend Hello Beautiful if you're looking for a gentle but effective facial! read more

Oksana is the absolute best! I've been going to her for almost 4 years and I won't go anywhere else or trust anyone else. Not only is she the best at what she does, she's also the kindest and most fun to talk to! read more

This review is long overdue! Oksana has been my esthetician for years. I still remember the first time I went to see her. She asked about my concerns, inquired about my skin routine, and took notes after our session. The next day at work, I received so many compliments about my "glowing" skin! Her treatments are tailored to each individual client, my skin always feels/looks good after her care, and she truly cares about the health of your skin. I appreciated her bluntly telling me I need to use sunscreen on a daily basis if I cared about my skin as I age. If she feels I would benefit from a product missing in my current skin care routine, she would make recommendations but I never felt pressured to buy products. I also started going to Oksana for lash lifts/tint. My lashes are so much longer and healthy looking afterward. If you're looking for results you can see and feel, look no further! Oksana is the best! read more

I have been seeing Oksana for 10+ years and always get compliments on my skin. IMO it's far easier and cheaper to proactively prevent aging than to reverse it. I have dry and sensitive skin and always leave it to Oksana for the best custom treatments. Her techniques are unique and complex (i.e. hydro-microdermabrasion, ultrasonic extraction, LEDs and facial peels) and they're extremely effective. Treatments for available for 60-90 minutes depending on your budget. She also offers packages at a discount and it's honestly the best self-care gift you can give yourself. read more

I've been coming to Oksana for years, she is the best and takes wonderful care of my skin. She is very meticulous. She is also always taking classes and up on the latest techniques and products. She uses great products and has recommendations if you want them but doesn't push products. Can't recommend her enough! Your skin with thank you! read more

Oksana is magical. I have been going to her for monthly facial treatments since approx 2016 and she has completely turned my skin around. I have very sensitive skin and for years it was constantly inflamed, painful, and peeling. Oksana's treatments plus following her advice have gotten me to a place where my skin is healthy and I even feel totally comfortable without makeup. I will never trust anyone else with my skin. read more

Oksana is an incredible esthetician. She truly loves what she does and cares about her clients. When I first went to Oksana I was a bit nervous about the process and what to expect but she was comforting and informative of the entire process. I have oily/acne prone skin and have always struggled with breakouts since I was a teenager. After seeing Oksana monthly for about 7 months now, my skin is the healthiest and clearest it's ever been. I have people complimenting me on how healthy my skin looks! I always look forward to my monthly self care session with Oksana and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a relaxing facial that gives positive results. read more

Oksana is the BEST! I've been a client since 2015 and I don't trust anyone else to take care of my face. And I've tried numerous spas in New York City. Her approach to skincare is intuitive, professional and thorough. The facials are both rejuvenating and relaxing. She incorporates the most advanced techniques to deliver results and holistic care. Oksana is lovely, personable and always a delight to see. Highly recommend. read more

One of the best facials I have ever had. Oksana is one of a kind!! She tailors each facial to the needs of your skin and never pushes anything on you. I leave each session glowing from the inside out. Oksana is not just a skilled beautician but is also a beautiful person. I've recommend all of my friends to her and am hooked for a life :) read more

Oksana is excellent esthetician. She care about clients, their skin needs, always inform what she wants to do, what is better for skin, explain the whole process and what to expect from every procedure. After seeing Oksana every month during 1 year my skin started to look very healthy and very clear. I am with Oksana almost 4 years and would recommend her to anyone who is looking a positive result. read more

I hesitate to write this because I don't want the secret to get out. Oksana is incredible!! I can't wait to go back every chance I can. In addition to being an amazing aesthetician who gives high-value, top-quality facials she has a fantastic personality and is so fun to see every few months. Don't miss out she's so great. read more

Tried booking this appointment twice via ClassPass but it was canceled by the owner each time. Why offer ClassPass service if you're not willing to honor it? read more

In my experience, the best estheticians are often trained in Eastern Europe and Oksana is no exception.  She started her practice in Riga in Latvia and has never lost her interest in learning.  She is always taking a new training or employing a new tool that furthers the skincare services she can offer her clients; it might be LED light therapy or a hydraulic tool that deep cleans the skin or a new product that she thinks you will love.  She is certified at the advanced level in the PCA skincare line, which is good and I have liked some of their products, but I never feel pushed to buy anything, so I am not leaving with an armful of products that essentially duplicate what I already have at home.  Oksana pays attention to my skin and chooses treatments for my facial and products to suggest that she believes will work well for me, so a customized approach for sure; I have been seeing her for around 10 years and she really knows me and my skin.    Oksana is about your skin looking healthy and beautiful; I honestly feel that vibe from her.  Her business is called Hello Beautiful and she means it!  Your skin goes with you wherever you go, obvious, but worth considering when you decide what to invest in.  We need to take care of our skin as aging, pollution and the sun are inevitable and hard on our skin.  If you are looking for a new esthetician or just to up your game by getting a professional facial, I highly recommend you book an appointment with Oksana. read more

Oksana gives the most wonderful facial. My skin glows for many days after, and her customized treatments renew my skin for a more balanced complexion. The warm and inviting atmosphere, relaxing music and nice conversation make the hour a total escape from the outside world. She also has a nice selection of quality products for sale. I've been going to Oksana for seven years and it shows! read more

Oksana has magic in her hands! Life is stressful and with it my skin showed the signs. Dryness, stress acne and uneven skin tone were the result. I have been seeing Oksana since she reopen and my skin is firmer and skin tone is even now. Recently I also tried the lash lift and I love it! Good bye mascara hello beautiful. read more

Oksana gives the best facial treatments! I didn't know what to expect since I've had some spa- type ones where they overcharge and aren't super interested in long term results. Oksana truly knows skin and cares deeply about your skin health. I came in with sun damage, acne scars, and super dry skin. I thought I just wanted a hydration facial but Oksana is extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the real facial treatments I needed (no upsells), and things that I didnt even realize about my own face, like the fact that you could have oily but dry skin. She creates a facial profile for each of her clients' personal facial needs instead of just selling/providing pre-selected treatments. Her treatments are modern, she uses very clean and sterile equipment, and she's so sweet and friendly. I highly recommend an appointment with her, it's changed my skin game!! read more

This is a long overdue review... I have been going to Oksana for almost 3 years now. It was originally for wedding preparation. However, I kept coming back monthly because she's that good! She knows how sensitive my skin is and knows how to treat it best. My face feels clean and smooth after each treatment. On top of that, she's probably one of the nicest person I ever met. I can't wait for the day when I can get my facial again!! read more

Oksana gives the absolute best facial not only in San Francisco, but that I have ever gotten! She understands skin and keeps up with all the treatment options available. I cannot recommend making an appointment soon enough; I have been going for over 5 years and my skin has never looked better. A treatment with Oksana is worth every penny, to get beautiful skin and spend an hour with a lovely person/expert in her field! read more

Oksana is AMAZING!!! I started going to her a couple years ago and will never go anywhere else. I literally moved out of the city and drive back in just to see her. She has a true passion for her craft and is so knowledgeable about skincare customizing each facial to EXACTLY what my skin needs. My skin has looked the best it has ever looked and felt in my life since going to her. I feel like I walk out glowing. I cannot say enough good things about her! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Oksana! I was lucky to find her via Groupon - I bought a one time facial and have been seeing her for a year now. She has done wonders to my skin. I was battling acne as well as melasma. My skin is clearer and we are working to reduce the melasma; she has helped significantly. Everytime I come to Oksana, I leave feeling like a brand new woman. She is able to look at my face under light and know exactly what time of treatment I need that day. Highly, highly recommend!! Not to mention, she keeps it light and funny so I always leave smiling :) read more

Oksana is a magician, a miracle worker, has skin healing super powers! I was referred to her by a friend, I was skeptical at first having tried many expensive high end places, dermatologist run spas, estheticians based off yelp reviews, at home treatments (big fail). Oksana loves skin care and is smart as a whip. Knowledgeable and patient. Listen to her advice and you will never feel better in your own skin. She doesn't push unnecessary treatments or products. Uses high end, dermatologist grade products like PCA skincare which are gentle and effective. I don't write a lot of reviews and selfishly worry that my favorite places will get too popular and overbooked. However during these difficult times I don't want amazing professionals like Oksana who are unable to practice their art to suffer. read more

She is an expert and your skins best friend - She holds you accountable to make sure you are drinking enough water and wearing sunscreen. It is also amazing that she is certified in Reiki and The Access Bars and my energy feels healed after an hour with her! I just started seeing Oksana, but I am already excited for the miracles I know she can work with my skin. Her high quality, potent ingredients and medical-grade devices coupled with her extensive experience in the industry, make her a true skincare professional. Most importantly, she makes you feel comfortable in your own skin (excuse the pun)! I have been struggling with adult/hormonal acne for a few years now and it's been a real ding to my self esteem. Unlike some other "professionals" I've seen, Oksana did not judge me; rather, she boosted my confidence by telling me how beautiful I am. She provides a holistic approach -- she helps to heal you from the inside out. I can't wait to continue on my healing journey with her! read more

Oksana is a wonderful esthetician at Cara Bella Skin Care. She is highly knowledgeable about skin, skin care products, and all the new modalities available to achieve the most beautiful results. After a European style facial that involved thorough cleansing, toning, facial massage, steaming, and extractions, she pulled out a LED face mask to help promote collagen. Then she used a LED light wand that looked like a lollipop to zap away at blemish areas. Just when you think it could not get better, she did a very light Sensi peel, and followed up with hydration and the very important SPF. My skin is glowing. On a personal note, she is warm, caring, and is truly invested in achieving the best results possible. She is the warrior princess of skin care! read more
