We also had two noodle plates: Singapore Noodle and Beef and Rice Noodle. The noodle rolls were really good, as well as all the dumplings and buns. Everything else was just okay, but for the price I can't really complain. Their curry squids are miniscule in size though, as well as their sticky rice...something to keep in mind if you're considering those two items. Service was excellent. Rushed, but excellent. The employees will attend to only if you wave them down, so don't expect them to just come over. Asian standards here. Nonetheless, Noodle Express does a decent job for dim sum at an excellent price.
