The community center faced a baseball field. The building itself looks professional with a hint of rustic. A large reception hall is available for rental. Rates vary based on day of the week, and if the party renting lives within the township/ Three Rivers area. Grounds are well maintained. Behind the building is a small playground. This is a great added bonus if throwing a party where children are to be in attendance. From the balcony the playground is visible. Many trees have been planted so that the playground is not the main focus of the view. Various public events are held here throughout the year. In August, two outdoor concerts are held. When I think of Colerain I think of the hustle and bustle of Colerain Ave. This area is much more peaceful. Before COVID, the community center was a popular spot for weddings. The hall has a neutral look making it easily dressed up on down depending on the event. Due to restrictions, rental of the reception hall has been halted until further notice. Once services open again know that there is plenty of parking. There are several community outreach programs throughout the year. Due to COVID, those programs have greatly changed. There are also programs for seniors. Fun fact. The sign for the community center that is located off of the street was donated by the Northgate Mall.

I went to find office chairs with wheels and I found the cache that knocked my socks off! They are planning to set up some days where normal people and individuals can come to shop but they said that this is probably months from now. They have everything from cream Brûlée torches to wine decanters. ....And why exactly would a nonprofit need a wine decanter or cream Bruleé torch?:) i'm really looking forward to them opening it up for individuals to shop. I've been going to the gym here for a while now since I wrote my last review…read more I really enjoy working out here. The gym is small, without being too small. They always have enough machines, weights, and space. However, I usually come during the non-peak hours due to my work schedule and inability to wake up earlier than I have to in the morning. There are plenty of ellipticals, treadmills, and bikes in the cardio section and every weight machine and free weights that you could want to use. The pool is the largest pool of all the gyms downtown, with three lanes, there is always one open when I'm there. A plus is the jacuzzi and dry sauna. The staff is always friendly and with your membership you can take any of the classes they offer. I went to my first spinning class last week and it kicked my butt! Memberships are pretty affordable depending on how you pay and when you come. You'll pay as much as you do going to any of those big chain gyms, have a more personal experience, and know that you are also supporting a good organization.
