They have two studios, one in the front and one in the back. I've enjoyed a few of their Saturday sweat sessions 90 minutes where you're exposed to a variety of instructors - boot camp, barre, mat pilates and this past Monday enjoyed Kristine's mat pilates class - I really missed a good pilates class and found it here at the LB. The good thing is you pay per class, so you're not tied into a membership, at times life is really busy, but knowing you can sign up & take a class from a variety of instructors is a win win in Cincinnati.

I took the HIRT Bootcamp class and my instructor Melody was amazing you could tell she has made a career of helping people and instructing classes. With multiple part time options and two full time options, there is a plan that can fit anyone's needs. Even the part timers have access to fitness classes at The LB, which is adjacent to the club. There is plenty of seating from tables with chairs, club chairs with side tables, to lounge style seating and more. And it's busy, which is why they've added a second floor. Each floor has private locked office spaces (for Residents), conference rooms and a fully stocked bar. The wifi is fast and doesn't lag when I'm on a zoom call or streaming music.
