Once upon a time, a young woman was in need of a reliable, timely, and trustworthy local business…read moreto support for a large print project. She needed someone that'd be patient enough to work with her and her company's Creative Team due to company protocols that needed to be met. To do so, clear communication was needed for proofs to be edited and approved. She also needed electronic forms of payment, and a dedicated employee to email back and forth with, and at times hop on the phone for clarification. This project involved 200 canvas tote bags. 200 Orange canvas tote bags. 200 high quality, reasonably priced, orange, canvas tote bags. Does that sound at all like too much? Acme Prints handled it with as much ease as I would've while printing a word document with my home printer. That actually can be tricky sometimes, so bad analogy. Nevertheless, Acme Prints, specially Vida, made this job a complete breeze, and when faced with large projects there shouldn't be a thought to go anywhere else. Oh, and did I mention the price was unbeatable and the the production turnaround time was about 8 days? Yeah...I can't wait to work with them again either.

Stefani was ok until you're honest. She was legitimately arguing w me about spacing on a business card I had designed prior to them. I measured it. So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. If I was the owner, I WOULD MAKE SURE it's done correctly and I would not stop until my CUSTOMER is 100% satisfied. I am here to save small business owners a headache and time lost. I can not say enough good things about my experiences with Fast-Trac Designs. They have gone above…read moreand beyond to make each experience perfect. They have done our business's utility truck wrap, t-shirts, door magnets and perforated vinyl on a back window . But the purchase that stands out above it all is our most recent bus wrap. That is right - we purchased a school bus to wrap and -oh boy- it was a fixer upper project. We first attempted to do all of the body work ourselves. We got as far as cutting off the rub rails, removing the stop sign and over-sized front mirrors, taking out the bolts and attempting to smooth out the surface. The attempt to smooth out the surface ended up causing a not-so-smooth surface and we were in a bit of a time crunch. I took it to a body shop and felt helpless among the sales man quoting me over $2500 to make the body of the bus wrap-friendly. I called Sean at Fast Trac Designs and explained my predicament. Sean told me to stay right where I was at and he was going to come to me. Sean and Jody drove all the way out to the body shop where I had the bus for pricing. After they spoke to the rep at the body shop, they did some calculating and told me the price was way off from what they figured the cost to be and the shop probably just didn't want the job. They told me they knew just the body shop to take it too. I followed them to the body shop (Yes, they drove to another body shop during their work day so that I could conveniently follow them there) and was happily greeted by the owner of the shop. He made me feel like an old friend and quoted me 1/4 of the price that I was given by the previous body shop. I was then driven by Sean & Jody to their shop so I could wait for my husband to pick me up. Judy was very nice and showed me around the shop and kept me company until my ride arrived. The body work was finished in 2 days and Fast-Trac Designs picked up the bus for me and transported it back to their shop. They had it wrapped and ready in 3 days so I could have it in time for my weekend event. They met me on a Saturday morning when they are generally closed so that I could have it for my event. The impossible was finished in 1 week and it was all thanks to Fast Trac Designs going above and beyond to make miracles happen. I can not thank them enough. Thank you Sean, Judy, Jody, Aspen and the rest of the team behind the scenes for a wonderful experience.
