I truly wanted to leave a positive review for this shop, but my experience has been extremely…read moredisappointing from beginning to end. I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Unfortunately, they only had one review and it was a one star so I was a little skeptical. But it was Christmas time and the mall was busy! I found the store and I talked to Omar and he said he could absolutely do what I needed to have a logo put on the front and back of my son's hoodie and to come back in 15 minutes. He transferred the logo from my phone to his and I left! I came back in exactly 15 minutes because I did not believe that he would actually have it done in that time. Guess what...he did! Amazing fast quality Service. Don't listen to the one star review. They're a great store. Great experience and Omar was more than happy to help

Number one he tells me that any shirt over a large is extra but didn't really have a reason why. I needed them asap so I just paid the almost 140$ for the 3 shirts that he said would take 45 min to do. I went shopping came back the printing was perfect. I got home showed the other two people and they informed me the guy gave me 2 double xl and 1 xl. I called the guy back and he told me basically sorry but we will not refund return or exchange. GREAT BUSINESS PRACTICES. I've already called my credit card company to dispute this charge, but now I'm stuck with two gigantic shirts that are useless to me for the party tomorrow. This makes me so angry that people do not own up to their mistakes. I will be filing a complaint to the better business bureau and whatever else I can need to do so this does not happen to anyone else. I own my own business and we stand behind our name. Without our customers we are nothing. I hope the owner sees this and fires this so called manager who knows nothing about customer service or smart business practices!!!! Obviously Sam you are not sorry or you would step up and do the right thing. Your employee screwed up NOT ME. I asked for 2 XL shirts and 1 large. Where is my large I never even got one. How's that even right? And no I will not come back for a 30% discount and why do you charge more for larger shirts? That's really messed up Sam.

During…read morea recent hospital stay, we lost her most beloved stuffed animal -- a bunny with her name embroidered on the ear. Despite weeks of calls to the hospital, it was gone. Edie cried about it every day. My wife tracked down the same bunny online, but it had been discontinued and the personalized embroidery was no longer available. We bought a plain one and brought it to Twisted Stitches, hoping they could recreate the name. The staff treated it like it mattered as much to them as it did to us. They helped me match the font and thread color to the original, and even carefully removed existing stitching from the ear so the embroidery could be placed perfectly. When I picked it up, it was flawless -- indistinguishable from the bunny we lost. When I asked what I owed, Mel, the owner, refused payment. She didn't ask for anything in return. She simply said she was hoping for the best for our daughter and was happy to help. Edie has slept with her bunny every night since.
