This includes everything from Farm Tractors and Equipment to lawn equipment and other items. In the last couple of years alone, we have spent in excess of $400,000 with Sydenstricker and Nobbe Partners. Recently, we purchased a new Unit from them and had an attachment we considered trading in. To Note the attachment was never used and stored inside. Retail on this item was over $8,500. We did not end up trading this small item in as the offer was low, which I could understand. So we posted it for sale ourselves. Easy to do with Facebook Marketplace. This was only to have an employee from this store reach out on Marketplace and make an offer to buy the item for 1/3 of the price I was asking, which was already 1/2 of the retail price. I kindly told him, "Sorry, no." He then continued replying, telling me why it was not worth anything, and I should change my mind. I finally just blocked him. Easy enough to do. Only to have him then file complaints with Facebook and get my account blocked. My Advice is be careful who you are dealing with, as some of these folks can be very evil people... P.S. I did reach out to management (Yes Jay that was you) for this store and never received any reply. I also thought ahead and took screenshots of the conversation between the employee and me to verify that this is not someone posting with a grudge. I doubt S&N Partners will be getting any business from us in the future.

I didn't hear anything for several weeks and started to believe the saw was lost in the postal service's abyss, then one morning I woke up with a missed call from McQuade & Bannigan. Within an hour one of the McQuade folks called me again and let me know they dropped-off a brand new saw and put it on my back porch. It was a great surprise to receive a new saw, first, and an even greater surprise to have the McQuade folks personally deliver the saw to my home 100 miles away from their shop. How cool is that and what wonderful customer service.

I called Coughlin Printing Group, they have inkjet but can only print on regular paper and canvas and offer larger printing sizes. What I needed was an 8 1/2 by 11 transfer sheet (iron on) printed to complete 2 child crewnecks for Black History Month. I called this UPS location and the rep stated he did not know if the printers were laser or inkjet, he'd never been asked the question before. I asked if there was a manager or anyone in the store who knew and he stated, there was not. I asked for the printer type so I could potentially google it. He placed me on a brief hold. When he returned he said it was my lucky day as the manager had just walked in and confirmed the printers were inkjet. I headed to UPS ASAP! Once I arrived, there are signs on the floor for social distancing and hand sanitizer is provided. The manager, Bob is who ended up helping me. I emailed my images to him and he was able to place them on a single page and convert the document to a pdf. He printed a test sheet to ensure it was the quality I wanted. Also to figure out how the transfer paper needed to be loaded into the printer. Once all the kinks were figured out, we printed my creation and I was all set. Took about 30 minutes but I was in no rush. Bob was super patience and helpful. He was insightful, paid attention to detail and made sure my needs were met. After finishing up, I asked what my bill total was and to my surprise, Bob replied nothing! He said you bought your own paper and we figured this out together while you waited patiently so you owe nothing. This was sooo unexpected and if I could have left a tip, I would have. Great customer service is NOT dead everywhere and this UPS proved that. I will definitely return for all of my future printing needs and I recommend this UPS and especially Bob! I'm willing to pay any day for services here! Check out the final product in the pictures that I created!

It's really a one stop shop for those that need their uniforms done in a professional manner. Their team is very knowledgeable in all the departments from having your Class A's to regular OCP's. If you need an award they do that too. For the most part I find myself going in to see their revolving stock.l especially on the used items. With units coming and going training coming and going there are some natural fluctuations in inventory. I think this is expected due to the nature of the business. It's a lot better option than an online order when you can try it on and talk to a real person. This is something that's appreciated when you are really in a niche business.

I selected a 10x10 unit, entered my payment information, paid upfront, then received the lease agreement by email to review and sign. Once everything was complete, I was sent my gate access code. Two weeks later, after driving across the country, I arrived, entered the facility with no issues, and moved in without ever needing to speak to anyone. The process was incredibly simple and convenient. One helpful tip for first-time renters: the small plastic numbered "lock" on the unit isn't your actual lock. It's just a temporary seal that you're supposed to twist and break off before installing your own padlock. The unit doesn't come with a lock, so be sure to bring one. I picked up a padlock at the Love's right around the corner, and the unit can accommodate up to three locks if needed. I've had a great experience so far. The 10x10 unit is the perfect size and honestly feels like an extension of my home with all the extra storage space. The pricing is very reasonable, and everything was exactly as expected when I arrived. My only suggestion would be to install taller fencing around the property. I understand the facility has other security measures in place, but the fence itself appears easy to climb or get over. Other than that, the entire experience has been excellent, and I would definitely recommend this storage facility.
