Every time I visit there are always open washer and dryers. Even the restrooms are clean. The only thing I noticed is there is a little bit of trash around the parking lot and the restroom didn't have toilet paper. But other than that this location really does impress me.

Clean and efficient, they have some very large washers and I was able to put all my stuff in just one. Not much to do while waiting but they do have a table to sit at and some benches. A half hour, then it was time for dryers. I split into three which makes it all go a lot faster. As things dried, folding and stacking before taking it all back out to the van to put it away. It's not cheap but I thought the prices were decent. Everything worked and there was enough room for folding on a clean table. I'd use this place again. They said the timeline wasn't a problem but when I came in on Friday to pick up my dress the girl at the front counter initially said she didn't believe it was done. A gentleman came out and insisted the dress was as "good as it was going to get" and that the obvious wrinkles were because of the way the dress was sewn. It took a steady stream of seven bridesmaids, three Mom's and myself three hours to steam and press out the dress which Pine Cleaners clearly did not even touch. I was issued a refund without question but there was no apology. The money isn't the problem, it's the trust in a business to do their job and keep their word and the hours spent pressing a dress that should have been spent in celebration. I would recommend not trusting this establishment with handling your garments for any special occasion.
