When looking for Army Uniforms this is the place. From new to used, alterations and the list goes on. With all the services that they offer under one roof it's hard to mention them all. It's really a one stop shop for those that need their uniforms done in a professional manner. Their team is very knowledgeable in all the departments from having your Class A's to regular OCP's. If you need an award they do that too. For the most part I find myself going in to see their revolving stock.l especially on the used items. With units coming and going training coming and going there are some natural fluctuations in inventory. I think this is expected due to the nature of the business. For the collarbone of my AGSU it look like they just eyeball it since it wasnt even a inch away from the notch and it wasnt paralle. So If you get it done here, check ur uniforms too! read more

They scam soldiers for their money and when u try and sell used army equipment they will buy it for 5 bucks and then sell it for a 100 bucks. The employees are rude and definitely need an ego check. U work at a military surplus grow up and fucking start being generous to people read more

Overpriced. Definitely catered to the nearby military base and seems to get away with over charging our poor military members. These guys are awesome. They're super fast, communicative, and make high-quality products. I was in dire straights - needed OCP nametapes for drill... initially ordered online at the PX, not realizing that those nametapes take 4-6 weeks, not including delivery. Bradley's literally processed and shipped my order the same afternoon I made my purchase - which was on a Sunday(!). Bradley's will definitely be my go-to for uniform items in the future. read more

I am leaving a 1 star rating because there is no option for anything less. I received this display case in pristine packaging, but when I removed the display case it was damaged. I can only surmise the case was packaged damaged. That aside, it is of very poor quality all around. This case belongs in a novelty junk shop, not offered in a store were the owner and personnel are veterans and military affiliates. This was to be a display case for my father's memorial flag; a gift to my mother. It would be an embarrassment and a dishonor to present it as such. read more

Well I'll be dipped in dawg shit it has been probably 10 years since I have been to bradleys military surplus store but from what I remember they're the best Sonsabitches ever. Yelp wasn't a thing back then so I guess I'll review them now instead, what made me remember these guys was I bought some 10th Mtn shit on ebay & it happened to be from them so I said holy shit I remember them! I used to get so many Monday's off because I took my bdu's to bradleys to get pressed & starched & they did not disappoint, it was like putting on a cardboard uniform everyday. I also learned how to spit shine jungle boots from someone at bradleys, then the assholes in the upper echelon of the army decided to change the uniform & we no longer needed pressed starched ironed uniforms. But undeterred by this bradleys STILL maintained the best quality service & products available by being able to sew on rank & ribbons & awards onto any piece of equipment or clothing you want. They have ANY thing military wise that you want or need here & they know what the fuck they're doing, they have countless awards & certificates from the fort drum community for their service & dedication to the military members of this sprawling base. I miss Ft. Drum but just as much I miss bradleys saving me so much time & aggravation by being the ones to make all my uniforms & equipment up to standard & squared away so I never had to hear any of the dick heads in my chain of command bitch & complain at me, THANK YOU BRADLEYS! read more

It amazes me that every single soldier on Drum KNOWS about Bradleys. They go to Bradleys, they count on Bradleys. But no one has bothered to review this place! Possibly because this place is so word of mouth that no one feels the need to review it. But I figure that at the very least, the civillians who have to run the errands for their soldiers should know how amazing this place is. Usually prices are WAY better than clothing and sales on post.. and you can sell your old gear to them. FRIENDLY people. I love their alterations and sewing. I ordered a product and paid for 2 day priority delivery, which ended up being more than the product ordered cost. A shipping label was created within 48 hours, but did not get delivered in a timely manner, actually more than 2 business days later, which defeated the purpose of paying extra for sooner delivery. The item will be received AFTER it is needed. Will think twice before ordering again from this company. read more

I've been coming here for three years. I will always trust Bradley's with my dry cleaning for my service uniform or any sew ons for my regular uniforms. Since I was first stationed at Fort Drum in 2005 I've generally purchased anything I've needed (Army related) from Bradley's. Good pricing, and nice people. I retired in 2011 and left the North Country for West Texas in 2016. Anything I need I still plan to order from Bradley's website. read more

Prices are way too high. Specifically speaking about the prices for sewing nametapes and patches. Price used to be $2.50 for each sew, now it is $3.50. Way too much money for the amount of effort it takes to spin around a nametape on a sewing machine. Definitely will be taking my business down the road where they do all sewing for half the price of Bradley's. read more

So, I wanted to order, over the phone, two complete new military camo uniforms, in a common size, for a friend. Simple huh? Spoke to 3 customer reps, about this order, on the phone, in a series of 8-12 phone calls ranging over 6 weeks with no success. (how, you ask, could this happen ?) They initially said they had all of it. Then they had some of it. Then they ordered some of it, then they lost some of it, then they were only 1 piece short. But wait, .......aw heck, we were back to only having some of it. Un-friggin-real !! I pulled the plug after 6 weeks and figured that what these people REALLY produce is problems and apologies. I DID hear some very inventive explanations however! Do yourself a favor and pass on these clowns. read more

I am very displeased with my one, and now only, transaction with Bradley. I bought a Therm-A-Rest camping mat from their website, which advertised it as used GI issue, but in excellent condition. For those who are unfamiliar, a Therm-A-Rest is a thin air mattress used for cushioning and insulation purposes, therefore it is imperative that the mattress hold air. When I received it a week later, it was in pitiful condition, with one corner completely missing and the internal foam exposed, clearly unable to hold air and perform as advertised. I was counting on this mattress for an out-of-town camping trip with my wife this weekend, and had planned and ordered accordingly, and now I had an issue. The mattress was shipped in a shoebox, so it can be inferred that at some point human hands and eyes handled this broken mattress. Someone saw how useless it was, and decided to ship it anyway. I contacted Bradley's and explained the problem, and the urgency of rectifying it. Even after offering to pay 50% of the additional overnight shipping fee myself, the supervision still refused to make it right. Now, it looks like I'll be sleeping on the rocky ground because of Bradley's error. I will not be using them for any more purchases, nor will I be recommending them to anyone. EDIT 03/01/2012 I spoke with Bradley's a short while ago, and they have agreed to send a hand inspected mattress via UPS next-day air to guarantee I get to use it this weekend for no charge to me. Although there was a slight hiccup, Bradley's did what it took to make things right by their customer. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and henceforth I consider Bradley's my go-to military surplus store. Way to go folks, you restore the common man's faith in business! read more

When my husband deployed from Fort Drum, NY. My husband proudly served our Country in Afghanistan he had several items he lacked and several items he needed to replace. With the rations over there being slim to none as far as uniforms and gear. His friend mentioned Bradley's. After my husband mentioned it to me I went it. I was helped from start to finish. Paid for items in the store and they shipped it overseas for me. I also shared their email with my husband as he had questions too. They had several emails back and forth and they helped him find patches he needed for his new uniforms and he paid online and received them quickly. read more

I knew Bill when he first started out at his first location. We used to see each other at auctions. He ended up having some issues with CID for buying stolen MREs some years ago. Then cut a deal and ended up selling out a bunch of young soldiers....A real scum bag! He truly has made a living off the backs of our service men.
