Our appointment was with James for a second earlobe piercing for my daughter. Please pay attention to their website as they require a birth certificate if your child and the consenting parents ID, too. My daughter and I both signed consent forms and then he took us upstairs to look at jewelry. They have a wide and beautiful selection. He was very patient and informative with my daughter for her to choose what she wanted. She chose beautiful champagne colored studs He then advised us that he needs to sanitize and prep his station and the jewelry so it would be about 10 minutes. My daughter and I went back downstairs and waited a bit. After he was finished, he took us to his room and explained the process in detail to my daughter all along the way. He marked my daughter's ears and then measured her ear lobes and showed her where the earrings would be placed. Everything was sterilized and each needle is only used once and then disposed of properly. My daughter did have anxiety but didn't really show it, especially after the first ear lobe was done. James advised her how to breathe each time he would pierce her ear and she followed his directions. Again, he was very patient and professional. He gave her after care instructions and a cleanser. Since we are only visiting from Vegas, he told us to send an email about any follow ups regarding the posts in her ears if we wanted them shorter after they healed. He said he would reach out to his contacts in Vegas to help with this when the time comes. We were both very happy with the experience and my daughter was ecstatic with her new piercing. Every time I would ask Ryan when we would finish she would said "I'm hoping to finish by next session". In reality, 3 more would go by. She canceled last minute for one appointment and was never ready to start at the scheduled time. After the first sketch, she would never send me the updated plans for our next appointment. This happened every. Single. time. I asked for black skin on my mermaid and got PINK. I asked for a green tail on my mermaid and rounded half circle scales and got a diamond shaped BLUE tail. I asked for a very specific octopus and got the complete opposite. I said no red and you guessed it. It's red. I would consistently ask her for a certain colour and tell her what I didn't like but she would completely disregard that. If I sent her a message I would get either no response or a response after days. They knew what I wanted and the things I had previously gone through but instead of recommending an artist that could fulfil my request, they recommended who they liked in the shop. I tried to talk to Memphis about the situation and was offered nothing besides my unused deposit. She didn't want to hear about all the things I had experienced. She talked to Ryvn and decided her side was the only one worth hearing. When people trust you with their bodies, you do your best. And when mistakes happens(it's ok that they do) you do what you can to fix it. IG is not a professional place to discuss an issue btw.
