We got a table of eight one hour before closing time. Our server told us last order was at 6:45 since the cook had to leave early for another gig. They used to close later at night years ago. We had our usual chick-boy combo sisig, grilled liempo, tapa and garlic rice. Our friends embellished our spread with ginataang sitaw at calabasa (beans & squash in coconut milk), bam-i pancit, chicharon bulaklak (ruffle fat) and lechon kawali. Vinegar based sawsawan and Mang Tomas made this feast even better. We all had water because we were binge eating that weekend. Another large party satisfied at Chibogs. Can't wait for our next get-together here.

I got their Lechon Kawaii, pork adobo and garlic rice. All silog's comes with garlic rice or white rice and an over easy egg. You can add tomato for $2 extra (two sides combo upgrade is $3 more) I loved their Lechon sooooo tender and crispy paired well with the side of white vinegar or the brown sauce! We shared their sizzling sisig which was great per my cousin but I think it was a little dried without the egg? We got the combo of pork and chicken. Shared a Poncit Bihon, I always said more lemon the better but it was ok? I will try other other noodles dishes next time.

It had been years since I had enjoyed yucca. The service was exceptional, and everyone was warm and welcoming. This is a small family owned restaurant with takeout only, so there is no dine in seating, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. If you are looking for authentic Filipino food made with care, I highly recommend giving this place a try. I will definitely be back!

I happened to be in Daly City recently and made a stop here to pick up some skewers. Found street parking around the corner. Fil-Am is a take-away restaurant with a menu consisting of BBQ chicken and BBQ pork skewers, panic, shanghai lumpias and turons. I wanted to get BBQ pork skewers and got to the last three that were in the tray. They were also out of the chicken skewers. But the chef was busy cooking as the grill was loaded with pork and chicken skewers. Not wanting to wait, I was happy that I got the three skewers. Many good-sized pieces of juicy pork make up each skewer. Generous portions. I enjoy the Filipino BBQ pork flavor as the sauce on it has a sweet taste to it. At $4.25 a skewer, it is reasonably priced. Will stop by again for these delicious pork skewers again when I'm in the area.

Food was fine, our party wasn't familiar with the cuisine so we ordered a set to try. Big portions, though some things were a salty and oily for me. Staff were also very friendly! While the big shared feasts are fun, I was kinda curious about the specialty dishes (e.g. sisig) that were more of an à la carte experience. Silut Bilao #4: There were only 4 of us, so we didn't get the big dish with "Fight" in the name. There was so much here that no one had to fight for their food. I really like the Misua Soup we start with, had a nice chicken flavor and silky noodles. The main platter had so many fun and delicious items. The Crispy Pata was probably my favorite, so crispy and delicious, especially with the various dips. The Longganisa was another highlight with a cross-sectional cut that enabled a lot of surface area to be nicely charred. The Chicharon was another highlight since it both crispy crunchy skin and some softer meat + fat. The Grilled Liempo had the strongest charred grill taste. Everything else was nice too, just too many to enumerate. For dessert the mixed halo halo with ube ice cream was the best. So many great flavors and textures together at once.

We ordered: 1. Longsilog: Still as good as I remember but now they open it up. 2. Tocilog: Sweet and I love the little pieces. I'm not a fan when they are big pieces 3. Chicken bbq- My niece liked it, it just had to be warmed up. 4. Picadilllo: I wasn't a fan of, too sweet and too much bell peppers and carrots. 5. Garlic peanuts: My dad liked it but said it's too salty. 6. I had asked for a sode of sabao and the sinigang was so deliciously sour.

We ordered with the patient (we couldn't decide!) ladies at the register and they will deliver your dishes to your table. We opted for a pork chopsilog and a bangsilog. The portions were huge and tasted delicious. That the sinangag was made to order was a pleasant surprise! Looking forward to coming back to try other dishes!
