While vacationing in Ottawa, the zipper on my blue jacket (it looks like a down-filled jacket, but…read moreit's not) died. The slider fell off completely! I did a quick search and found this store at St. Laurent Centre. It was my first time at this mall. The Stitch It store was easy to find. I walked in and two women greeted me. I asked if they fixed zippers. They did! One of the women looked at my jacket after I had taken it off. She said that it may be difficult to match the zipper slider with a blue one. I left in tears. This isn't fair to me & no1 should be lied too this way. My managers & coworkers couldn't believe the job they did so they went and ask for refund or they will write a bad review. Stitch it workers responded with "go ahead". I never write bad reviews but in this case, I have too.
