Quick too - I got the jacket back within a few days and so far, no quality issues with the work. Cost for the world we live in today, reasonable. 2 pockets reinforced externally (not going through inside liner) for $25 plus tax. The harder way would have been more at $50. My family has been going here for years and the manager and the staff handled the extremely rude customer in such a polite and professional manner it made me go online and post this review. The customer was loud, rude and made stupid remarks. I know this store is the best and friendliest for alterations. There is no excuse for yelling and making gestures towards hard-working friendly people. I felt sorry for the staff. If this person ever reads this: GET A LIFE! Thank you Manda (the manager there) for being so professional. I would have yelled at the customer, you didn't !
