All the text said was that I had to fill out a form. The only problem is they didn't send me a link or the form itself. Then a day later I got a text asking what kind of insurance do you have? When I told them what I had, they said, we're not taking new patients with that insurance. Even though they are listed on my insurances webpage as taking new patients. Pretty poor customer service.

She has been the internal medicine physician for both me and my family members for the past five years, and she is simply exceptional. Dr. Lee-Guzman is very smart, incredibly kind, and possesses a truly genuine approach to patient care. She is amazingly knowledgeable in her field and consistently walks into every appointment always prepared and fully informed of our past health record. We never have to re-explain our history. What truly sets her apart is her commitment: she is always willing to help and clearly has the best interest of the patient in mind as the first priority.
