The cooler is a hard case cooler that rolls on wheels, keeping our drinks nice and cold and easy to transport. They dropped off the chairs and umbrella to our hotel and then picked it up at the end. Communication was easy, friendly and helpful. We'll definitely use them again next time we're in town!

What an ADVENTURE!!!! And authentic outrigger canoe ride with us paddling!…read more We left right from the beach in front of our hotel, the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort, and the Royal Hawaiian. We got to relax for awhile under a Beach umbrella and then it was time to help push the canoe into the water and hop on in and start paddling! We had three crew members with us - it was a BLAST!! The fun and views of surfing, without having to get in the water (though we did get a little wet) and no worries about balance. The outrigger canoe has the "ama" (the stabilizing float part) which made it smooth and easy...except for the paddling. Very safe (and that's coming from a former Risk Manager). I have no upper arm strength and we had to paddle hard at times and had we done it any longer than our 30-40min, I would definitely have had a blister. It was a beautiful morning (so thankful there was no rain), ocean was calm, and riding in the three waves was exceptional and something I am so glad they captured on video for us so we can truly remember the feeling always!! This is a MUST DO next time you are in Hawaii!

No longer offering discount for multi-day rentals. Military rate increased to $50. The equipment has really aged and been neglected over the years without any reinvestment. The umbrellas are worn, torn, faded, and ripped. The chairs are worn and sagging with missing straps. The workers don't seem to care about much other than their screen time. I still recommend them, but it's a shame to see the decline in management engagement and customer experience.

Esae and Dee (sorry if I spelled those names wrong!) are always super friendly and helpful with making sure we get the right products and sizes on! If it's a busy season, make sure to reserve ahead of time. We usually just walk in but came during a holiday weekend once and they didn't have anything available and we had to run around to different shops to find fins. We ended up getting fins from a place in Waikiki that was much more expensive and they were unfriendly and honestly rude there, so we've been sure to make reservations ahead of time so we can pick up our things at snorkel bob's!

Atmosphere - Small rental shop on the Waikiki strip and the beach is literally across the street, so you don't have to lug your board everywhere, which I have seen. I am surprised that there are not more surfboard accidents from walking and carrying boards. Open 7 days a week from 7am to 5pm. Service - 6 stars!! Very professional and efficient. Actually generous! Hilton gives us 3 rentals a day - no hassles when we came here, actually very efficient. All equipment is bar coded for fast check out; no up-selling. In and out in minutes. We picked everything up around 1 PM and were able to keep it until closing time. The walk from the shop to Waikiki Beach was super easy, and honestly, it was the best decision we made. Spent our final day just relaxing by the water and soaking it all in. Perfect way to wrap up the trip!
