I pulled in behind a tourist filling her SUV rental and she told me it would be quick because she only needed a couple gallons. Well, she tried three times to put regular gas and the pump did say "begin fueling" but nothing was happening. The gas lever was not working. Then she tried plus, then premium and neither of those worked. The guy at the next pump heard us discussing the problem and said he thinks only the non-ethanol was working so she tried that and yup. She finally got her gas, a little over 4 gallons for $28. Well, my turn and I roll my bike up to the pump. I try my Discover card and get a message to see the clerk inside. Screw that. Cancel the transaction and used my debit card. Okay, that works but now the pump says there's only plus and premium available. Plus is just a set mixture of regular and premium so WTH? I kept pushing the non-ethanol button but it wouldn't work. The next pump over also had non-ethanol so I cancelled the transaction and rolled around to the other pump where...there was a car with nobody in it. I wait several minutes until some youngster comes out with an energy drink and then he goes to pump his gas. Annoying! Well, I finally get my turn, again, and damn if the non-ethanol isn't working again. Screw it, I'll just put premium. Well, while pumping the gas, the nozzle leaks near the base end and drips gas all over my tank! Needless to say, I'm never going back to this station for anything!

One pump ran my debit as credit needing a zipcode and the other ran my debit as debit needing a pin. It was a weird fiasco and we did this using 3 of the 8 pumps available. Gas tanks not sold here, try Longs or Safeway. Relatively clean and no litter in the station.

This morning EVERY SINGLE COFFEE except for the plain black coffees, the drip style was out of service. I have gone back a few times in the afternoon just to see if they are working and well they were. So either they are not preparing the coffee early enough, or they are all legitimately broken. If so, what's the point in being 24 hours if you're not even going to have coffee ready for all the personnel leaving to work?!?

Didn't notice any different products from the old store prior to the renovation except that they now carry fresh flowers, and sadly they no longer offer fresh brewed Kona coffee as one of the coffee selections. I like the smaller annex better because of the Kona selection and the home town feel (staff know us regulars by name), but this location is very accessible and pretty friendly too. Lines tend to be longer here at peak times (because of size and proximity to base housing areas, but it's all good. Mahalo for reading my review.
