We wanted to make sure the house was pristine when we brought him home, and WOW did they deliver! Even though we were cutting it close, they were willing to work out their schedule to accommodate us in time, which was a real lifesaver because my son arrived almost two weeks early! We've continued with their service for about a year now, and they've been consistently wonderful, not only in terms of the quality of the clean but also in terms of the interpersonal engagements with Jenn, the owner, as well as her entire team. Our schedule sometimes calls for some extra flexibility, which Jenn's team is always able to accommodate, and no matter which members of the team end up on our schedule we know we're in good hands. Recently, Jenn and her partner Jerry came along on our cleaning as they orientating a couple recent additions to the team. From my home office, I could hear Jerry giving guidance and tips and was impressed with the little addition insights and touches that Top 2 Bottom brings to the process. Towards the end of the cleaning, I took the dogs for a walk and carried them up to a bathroom to dry their feet since I wanted to maintain the perfect clean. While I was toweling off their feet, my eye was drawn to the shower in a way you'd only see in a movie or a meme; it was mostly behind me, but out of the corner of my eye the shine of the clean struck me. It was such a simple thing but WOW it really blew me away how bright and clean the grout was. When I headed to the nursery, I found a great surprise which I snapped a photo of and was about to send to my wife when I realized I should let her discover it for herself. I had a work engagement that evening, and was en route when I got the call from my wife. Our son's Mickey and Minnie Mouse had been staged to look like they were reading together in the nursery chair. It was the sort of "surprise and delight" touch that Disney World itself aspires to, and it really did surprise and delight my wife. Our dimmable lighting had been set to pleasing levels throughout the house, and as always the cleaning was just perfect. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough!

Plus, his cleanup of the spray on our siding and deck areas was exceptional. I've seen the word "meticulous" used elsewhere. We fully agree...and we'll have Jerry back soon. Update to this review:…read more This company seems to have quite a problem with my master bathroom. One of the girls (Sharon) broke a ceramic trash can that's part of a set (soap dish, toothbrush holder, etc.). I've had it for a very long time, so the probability of finding a replacement is not good. What is really problematic is that nobody told me about it at the time, and let me discover it on my own later. In fact it was hidden with a plastic liner bag. While the owner has offered to pay for the damage or repair, when I said I did not want her back in my house he defended her. I understand that accidents happen, but the point is she hid it. They also accidentally threw away a new cream I had in the bathroom, and I had to buy another. I won't be using them again and can no longer recommend them. This company uses plant-based cleaning products. No chemicals. I booked a deep clean for the first cleaning. Ryan and Andrea spent 4 hours and did a fantastic job. I will use them twice a month going forward. They cleaned baseboards, blinds, and everything is sparkling. I love that they don't use harsh chemicals. They were also open to doing things the way I wanted them. I was so impressed, I paid them extra.

We booked with them to clean on a Saturday afternoon and explained to Jason Alexander that we had booked a uhaul to move later that day so we would need a team of people, not just one person. He reassured us that for the $240 deep clean it would be 3 people and since our house was empty it shouldn't take long. Since we were moving from Philly to NJ I asked if I could leave the door unlocked since the house was empty and we were moving that day with a small child. He said no I needed to be there to do a walk through the house with the cleaning team. I arranged for a sitter for my son as noon is is nap time and headed to NJ to let the cleaners in. To my surprise they were a no show. I waited about 20 min then called Jason Alexander who sounded like he just woke up from a nap. I explained I had driven to NJ to let the cleaners in and he said something along the lines of oh, yeah my bad, they called out. I immediately started panicking as the house was dirty and we needed it cleaned as we were moving in that day, which he knew. He was very nonchalant about people not wanting to work and it's hard running a business when people don't want to work. Well that doesn't explain why he didn't call me so I could make arrangements with proper notice about people calling out. I shouldn't have to call him after our scheduled appointment that he already took a deposit for $160.00, to have him tell me then. Not to mention his tune completely changed from over eager and singing praises about his cleaning company when we booked, to "the best he can do is rebook us or give us $15 off. Which is ironic bc his website charges $50.00 if you are late for your appointment and you have to reschedule. I had to literally beg him over the phone to find someone to clean our house because all of our furniture was getting moved in later that day. He kept saying how times are hard, people don't want to work, it's hard to run a business, it was a joke. And our backs were against the wall as he had our deposit already and it was now way past our appointment time with no one to clean our house. He finally found ONE person. Who they did a great job, that is why he is getting one star. She did 5 star work however, we were moving in while she was there as it was one person not a team of cleaners like he promised. So wet floors were being walked on as furniture was being moved into the house. She was cleaning while we were moving stuff in because that's the only choice we had. I wish I never went with this company. Or that they had the common decency to make me aware of the fact his team called out. AVOiD AT ALL COSTS!!!

I've had a man and woman come clean my one bedroom apartment - the man typically does the heavy lifting such as vacuuming, moving furniture out of the way, making / changing the bedding, while the woman is more thorough and gets into the small corners of the kitchen and bathroom. They are a great team and really communicate so well to ensure a great result. I have previously tried various online cleaning services and find that the prices are outrageous, the cleaning is not thorough and it's takes hours! With Alexa's cleaners, prices were extremely reasonable, every corner of my apartment was cleaned to perfection (they even asked me to double check everything before they left to make sure I was satisfied), and it took 1.5 hours at most. There was also no additional up-charge for cleaning the inside of my refrigerator or microwave, changing my bedding or dusting the outside of my kitchen cabinets, while the online services unfortunately do. In any case, I am very happy with this company and will continue to contact them for all my cleaning needs and encourage anyone in the Philly area to do the same.

Nadia said she's a nurse so she's doing this kind of thing part time. Note I didn't want to give 5 stars because I felt if I had paid the cleaner and then left before she was finished cleaning she would've left some of the lights on in the apartment which just would've cost me. Please note this was just a personal vibe I got from Nadia. It's not that she was super young so she wouldn't have known better. ( I selected Peco to turn off my electric the following day.) Having said all that, interestingly I had a small basement storage area which I had Nadia clean after I paid her. I was too tired and bored at that time to hang around more so I left knowing/thinking Nadia may not turn off the shed light! lol or maybe not?
