It has been kind of scary lately since the discovery of the COVID-19 spread across the nation. I work in a restaurant and it may be forced to close. Waiting to hear the governor's announcement today. I'm sitting in the waiting area for my annual checkup and I already see 3 people wearing face masks. Hopefully a vaccine is presented soon! She said she would send in a prescription to the local pharmacy but NEVER DID, and when I called to ask about the nonexistent prescription I was told the file on my appointment (that I had attended and paid for) didn't exist! Dr. Bledsoe's office then proceeded to LOSE my immunization records, claiming it was because they "got a new computer system" in 2010 - long before I even stopped being Dr. Bledsoe's patient. If you want to pay for useless doctors visits, wait weeks for nonexistent prescriptions, lose your medical records, and deal with some of the medical community's most unskilled and incompetent people, this office is the place for you. I wouldn't let Dr. Bledsoe or her staff deal with my corpse.

My boyfriend sees Dr Wunder in the same office and really likes him, so I thought why not...half the battle is office staff and I knew that would be ok at least. When I first met her, I loved her! I quickly found out why she got some negative reviews - she is a little dry and sarcastic. Some might take offense to this. I think she is hysterical. I have seen Dr Longstreet 3x and all 3 she has listened to me and has been open minded. No issues with medication changes or refill requests. I felt like she took the time to hear me out and took my opinions into consideration. I don't expect a PCP to know everything, they just need to be willing to find someone who does and admit they don't always have all the answers. As mentioned before, the office staff is good too. It's a fairly large practice, but someone has always gotten back to me quickly and is always friendly. No issues with billing or scheduling either. No long waits at the office or lab so far. Would definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Melloh's staff is great and returns questions within a fair amount of time, and prescription refill requests within 24 hours if it's not scheduled; and the Doctor on call has always dealt with my issues promptly and professionally. Now, that is all the great stuff the Doc has going for her office-wise, as for the good MD herself, she listens intently; she is profoundly willing to work with you (not work ON you, like you're a car needing a tune-up); and, and she cares.
