That's when I told him I would try to get another year or two out of the coil. Never blamed him for causing another leak, just asked him to be careful handling the tubes because we don't want another leak. Only reason I'm posting this review is because of the a-coil rust. Like you said, I was there when he removed the access panel. I saw no rust anywhere on the coil. He said he noticed the rust. Well if he did, he didn't say anything about it. If it was rusted as shown in the pictures, nobody would have attempted to do a leak test. You would have said your a-coil is shot and needs replaced. Again, never brought it up. Also, never saw you wipe the sprayed liquid off the coil, you just put back on the access cover. All I know is the front of our a-coil is seriously corroded, only the part that was sprayed. Everywhere else on the coil looks new. I wasn't expecting anything out of this posting other than to share my experience with others so they can make an informed decision when looking to hire a company. They certainly can believe what they want. I hold no bad feelings toward W.M. Masters. Cory is a nice young man, and was very respectful. I probably made him nervous following him around like a shadow. Guess I would be too. It's just that we got burnt before by a company charging for work never done. Just wish that the coil was rinsed off of that leak spray before replacing the access panel. Looks like we'll be replacing our AC system sooner than we originally thought.

My wife and I had to crank the hot water heater all the way up just to get a reasonable level of heat. The install tech said everything I needed to adjust the heat level was in the documentation. IT WAS NOT. I went to Wm. Masters to tell them that I needed help/instructions on how to get the heat over 120 degrees. They told me that I would be charged a service call for any help I needed after the technician left. I wish I could pull the whole unit out and go to someone else. These guys do the absolute minimum to install and get out of your house. I will never use them again.

He made multiple failed promises to give me an estimate. Kept saying "I'll get it tonight," then "sorry I'll get it tomorrow", about 4 separate times he told me he'd send out the estimate but he never did. I asked for a refund on the 27th of July and he said no problem, I'll give it to my accounting department. A week passes by and no refund. I texted him multiple times. He said his accounting processes refunds on the 1st and the 15th of each month. I said okay, the 1st of August has already passed. Why don't I have a refund? "Sorry you'll definitely get the refund by the 15th". The 15th comes around and apparently the refund he sent got returned for an invalid address. I gave him a valid address. Now he claimed he would give me the refund through CashApp. I made a cashapp account and gave him my details to process a refund. Silence. I called him and he gave me his typical lie "oh I'll get it sent tonight." Tonight comes around and no refund is sent. Do NOT use his service. He is a liar, a fraud, and steals your money. I'm filing a small claims lawsuit against him to get my money back. All he had to do was send me a refund and all this would have been avoided, but he's dragging it out hoping I won't push it.

Apparently the next day they ran into unexpected issues on the job before me. Let me know and we rescheduled for Friday. Job was done promptly first thing in the morning. Quick and efficient - cleand the area up completely. Workers were all very pleasant and knowledgeable. The delays dropped them from a 5 star rating.

When I had the same charger in my previous home it was done for $150 dollars labor and $53 for supplies (in that instant I didn't have a breaker to be used) it took that electrician less than a hour to complete the job. I called to get clarification and they basically told me that the plumbers "set their own rates." So what good is getting a quote at all??? Basically, they just charge what they want. They typically come either same day or next day, with absolutely no additional emergency service charge. The focus is on taking the appropriate time to properly diagnose your plumbing issue, then providing you with the right fix. Then, to top it all off, their charges are very fair and reasonable. Unlike many other services, there is NO attempt to overcharge. In fact, they are probably undercharging as any other plumbing service would charge much more for the exact same service, some probably two to three times as much. So, do yourself a favor, if you have a plumbing problem to fix, give them a call. They will come out fairly promptly, give you the exact fix you need, and charge you a very reasonable price.
