I don't know if there is a formal of even informal way to make an appointment, but the general way of business is walk-in first come first served, though you do have the option of waiting until your favorite barber frees up. What I really like about Barber is that the price for a basic haircut is currently $25, the same as it was back in 2019. That includes a hot shaving cream cleanup around your neck. Cash only. It's paid street parking , but Arlington/Rosslyn street parking is cheap.
